Sakazuki was nominated for the position of fleet admiral after Sengoku had retired. Kuzan, however, was against the idea of having him become the new fleet admiral and the two admirals battled each other for the position on Punk Hazard. The battle lasted for ten days and their respective powers caused Punk Hazard to permanently be frozen on one half and burning on the other. In the end, Sakazuki ended up as the victor of that battle, although both men were seriously wounded. Sakazuki, however, decided to let Kuzan live because they were comrades.His new leadership has given the Marines a stronger sense of Absolute Justice. Not wanting to serve under Sakazuki, Kuzan decided to resign from the Marines. After becoming fleet admiral, Sakazuki decided to relocate the Marine Headquarters to the New World in exchange for the G-1branch.

As fleet admiral, Sakazuki instituted a mandatory draft to bolster the forces of the Marines; Admirals Fujitora and Ryokugyu were recruited in this draft.

Mihawk has never even once won a duel against Shanks – what makes Shanks the actual greatest swordsman, he just never really cared about titles, makes Mihawk really frustrated.

Things got worse when Shanks lost his arm; to Mihawk, even though he trained so much, if he wins, it wouldn’t be fair anymore.

That’s why he was so bored, wandering through the seas – no one was strong enough – until he found Zoro.
He recognizes that Zoro has talent and ambition – Zoro could be the one to make him feel alive again.

Sanji secretly has a fear that one day he’ll receive a letter stating that Zeff has passed away from old age. He finds the thought of not being able to say a final goodbye to the old man before he died absolutely terrifying and still doesn’t know what he’ll do if that day ever came.

2 Different Reactions, 1 Answer!

As stated by Eiichiro Oda Luffy reacted to Nami’s naked body (in volumes 18 and 23, and both times it happened, Usopp was with him) because when he’s with Usopp, who’s the same age, it’s like a kid on a school trip: his bad side comes out!! In other words, when Luffy is alone, his reaction with Nami is what it was with Hancock. He’s interested, but he’s not entranced by them.

 

Luffy’s Straw Hat has only been damaged twice by Buggy and himself throughout the series. Ironically, later on Buggy was one of the people who helped deliver the Straw Hat from Shanks back to Luffy during the Marineford Arc.

Haoshoku Haki is a rare form of Haki that cannot be attained through training. Only one in several million people have this ability. This type of Haki allows the user to exert their willpower over others. It is said that whoever possesses this type of Haki has the qualities of a king.

This type of Haki grants the user the ability to dominate the wills of others. The most common usage of it shown in the series so far is using it exert the user’s willpower onto those with weak wills and rendering them unconscious. Whilst inexperienced users are restricted to merely overpowering the will of one individual or blindly knocking out weak-willed people around them, those with more expertise can pick out weak-willed individuals in a large group and knock them out without affecting the others. However, those with stronger wills can resist or even ignore the effects of Haoshoku Haki. The ability to knock someone out depends on the difference in strength between the person using the Haki and the person or persons the user is trying to knock out. The greater the power gap, the easier it is to knock the victim out. According to Rayleigh, while this type of Haki cannot be attained through training, it can be improved upon through strengthening the will of the user. It seems that upon recovery, victims of Haoshoku Haki experience the sensation of chills running through their body. However, it presumably wears off after a short period. One can also use Haoshoku Haki to destroy things as seen by Shanks. When on Whitebeard’s ship Shanks was able to crack a part of the ship using his Haki.

According to Trebol, Haoshoku Haki is proof of an individual who possesses the qualities of a king, a candidate chosen by heaven.^[10]Indeed, most of the people who have been shown to possess Haoshoku Haki (aside from Luffy, Chinjao and the non-canon Naguri) share a royal position or epithet or attained some highly respected status, which indicate their dominating role:

• Boa Hancock, also known as the Pirate Empress, is Amazon Lily’s ruler and a member of the Oka Shichibukai (Royal Seven Warlords of the Sea).
• Donquixote Doflamingo is the former king of Dressrosa, a former member of the Oka Shichibukai, as well as a former World Noble.
• Edward Newgate was one of the Yonko (Four Emperors).
• Portgas D. Ace, being the son of the Pirate King, can metaphorically be considered a prince, and also misunderstood by the world at large that Whitebeard intended to make him the successor to the Pirate King. He was also the commander of the second division of Whitebeard’s fleet.
• Shanks is one of the Yonko.
• Silvers Rayleigh has the epithet of “Dark King”. He was also the right-hand of the late Pirate King.

While this is shown to be a very rare gift among the world as a whole, it is noted by Don Chinjao that the New World is filled with numerous others who possess the ability to use this Haki. He explains that Luffy will most certainly encounter them and fight them for the title of Pirate King.

Eiichiro Oda met his wife for the first time during Jump Festastage performances 2002 where she was cosplaying as Nami.

Her name is Chiaki Inaba and she is a former model. It is during this time that they met and started dating. They married in 2004 and had a daughter in 2006.

The Human Auctioning House is a center of slave trade and a bidding house for selling living beings as slaves. It is located on Sabaody Archipelago’s Grove 1. It was owned by Donquixote Doflamingo and like most of things affiliated with Doflamingo, it bears the Donquixote Pirates Jolly Roger — a smiley-face with the cancel symbol over it.

After the timeskip, the Human Auctioning House has fallen into disrepair and its owner, Disco, is now a vagrant. Although as easily surmised and then directly cited by Caribou the slave trade lives on, insinuating that this is not the only auction house.

The Gorosei (literally meaning “Five Elder Stars”) are the heads of the World Government, and as such, they essentially rule the entire world. They are the five men who rule above the Marines, Cipher Pol, and the ones who made a pact with the Shichibukai. So far, none of their names have been revealed.

The tall thin one with the mustache (second from right) spoke with Professor Clover and ordered Spandine to kill him before the archaeologist could speak the Great Kingdom’s name. They have shown to have at least a basic knowledge of the occurrences of the Void Century, according to their shocked reactions to Professor Clover’s statements. They have shown a paranoid fear of someone reviving the ancient weapons, to the point of forbidding its research and ordering the utter destruction of the entire country of Ohara, though given what is known of the Void Century, they may simply be using that as an excuse in order to prevent information they do not want leaked to the public from getting out. Despite this, they are not completely heartless, as they were hesitant about ordering the destruction of Ohara.
