IS MORIA ALIVE?

I think everyone knows the answer to this one. Yes, obviously. He disappeared from Doflamingo’s sight when he was about to kill him. Obvious Absalom intervention is obvious. Just for the sake of completeness, I will put the particular manga panel that describes the event here.

Moria vanished

Oda also basically confirmed this in the SBS, so it’s just a matter of when Moria returns.

Just to make a point, about the not-so-subtle foreshadowing by Doflamingo of Moria resurrecting himself somehow AS a Zombie. It could happen, but I’m not that worried about it because I don’t think it influences his impact on the story much, just a new powerup. Now unto why I made this thread.

WHERE IS MORIA AND WHAT IS HE DOING?

Theoretically, he could be anywhere, but this is where I think Moria is.

Hiding in and out of Plain sight

Yes, I believe Moria managed to hide himself by turning a portion of an island invisible. And yes, the implication I’m making is that Absalom, somehow awakened after his defeat by Sanji and is now capable of turning much larger areas invisible with his fruit and maybe even leaving them invisible whether he is there or not. He is sheltering Moria and working alongside him.

ATTACKING ON ALL FRONTS:

BRINGING DOWN EVERY YOUNKOU AND THE GOVERNMENT

Before, Moria was making a zombie army with the intention to use their power to take over the New World. But really, Moria’s army was pretty weak. Dead bodies, just don’t hack it. What if Moria, found a way to use shadows to push into a living person AND take over their consciousness at the same time. Almost like rewriting who they are as people. Then Moria could take strong people, make augmentations on them and control them. The first victim of this has been revealed. He is…

Her job is to reinforce the brain washing and keep the living zombie on mission and not let the old personality resurface. In other words, these beings will move in pairs. One for power, one for guidance.

We all know that Roger Crew was disbanded and everyone was free of follow the way they want.
I put my eyes on the two apprentices of Roger; Buggy the Clown and [Akagami]Redhaired Shanks.

At the start when Roger was about to set sail he doesn’t have ship and convince Rayleigh to join in his trip.

This reveals one thing Roger and Reyleigh are from the East Blue.
This is an important fact since the East Blue is the weakest sea of the 4, and probably Roger knew something that only those who are “weak knows how is being weak” [I’ll explain this later] Roger was from Loguetown that means probably Roger go way back for all the East blue, searching for crewmates and set sail to Reverse Mountain.

At the start Roger and their crewmates navigate around the Four seas, Grand Line and New World for along 15 years and somehow they get out from the Grand Line and Return to the East Blue maybe for Roger Ilness, and enter from Reverse Mountain again, my reference is Crocus joins to the band and stay with Roger’s Crew for 3 or 4 years before they were disbanded.

In this point we know that Shanks and Buggy are apprentices in the Oro Jackson maybe they had at least 5 years or even more in the Ship that means they could be from the East Blue or from the New World or The Grand Line, I say these cause the look a little bit older than in other flashback.

Backstory why Buggy hates Shanks

The proof maybe is in Chapter Zero were Crocus, Buggy, and Shanks are in the Ship during the war with Shiki.

They look more mature, that means they could join 2 years before Crocus

During The Battle of Edd War Buggy was crying but we can see that all the crew trust in Roger and his strengh [also in his Will]

This make me think that Buggy was kinda noble and he just worried for Roger and the crew; he also had fear for all the ship’s in front him.

After this Roger has become the King of Pirates.

At this Point Buggy and Shanks were Back in East Blue [They had pass through Raftel].

Buggy was so affected by Roger dead, as the weakest and “noble” pirate he was, he probably stay in East Blue as a sign of respect for Roger and whatever he do for him in the Past;
So he took the name Buggy the Clown because one of the things that Roger likes of him were his Clown appearance, so Buggy respect and love for Roger led him to live as the Pirate Clown and stay in the East Blue.

In the other side we have Shanks, even as a Yonkou he pass so much time in the East Blue, because this was the sea in wich Roger born; we know that Roger gave his Strawhat to Shanks, and maybe that’s the reason why Shanks had the desire of being in the East Blue; just to remind his Captain; and maybe someday found someone weak enough to lead the next generation.

Whatever Roger do for Buggy and Shanks left a mark in their hearts and they show their devoution and respect for his memory, those actions gave them will to face their respective life.

So the East Blue the weakest sea of all, this is too important because only those who know “what is being weak” knows how is “being hopeless” and they have the will to become stronger and not get blinded by his own powers; this means compassion.
Probably this is why Shanks gave Luffy his Strawhat.

Others have tried to crack the seventh Shichibukai for awhile. Now it’s my turn. Who is the seventh Shichibukai? Many believe he is a brand new character, however, I only half agree. While the seventh character is new to the manga, he isn’t new to the OP universe. I’m talking about Shiki.

I mentioned Shiki’s return in another theory before, so I’ll transfer info here.

So first thing is first, why did Oda bothered mentioning Shiki? It doesn’t make any since for useless info to be added. Knowing Oda, he just doesn’t add unnecessary info to his story. Shiki has some kind of significant purpose outside his feat of breaking out of Impel Down.

We know Shiki is cannon thanks to Oda and that the early events before the story started actually occurred. The movie Strong World on the other hand is not cannon and should be completely disregarded. We also know Zephyr as a character is cannon, with his Z movie also not considered cannon like Strong World. Zephyr was an Admiral for the Marines until he left after losing his men to the very person who became the seventh Shichibukai.

Shiki the Golden Lion has been around for a long time. Zephyr in the movie died at 74. He was an admiral at 38 and an instructor at 41. That’s a 36 year gap to be filled.

Now Shiki competed with Roger during his days of piracy. Considering how he talks to Whitebeard (example shown below) and the fact that he fought Roger on equal grounds comes to tell you that Shiki is no pushover. But what if Shiki was responsible for causing the incident to Zephyr and was the one who cut his arm off? Shiki is a swordsman after all, though now his swords are his legs.

Shiki marched straight into the former Marine HQ and slaughtered a mountain of marines. It took Sengoku and Garp to bring him down, and he still escaped after being thrown into the impenetrable fortress that is the Impel Down. So this doesn’t surprise me if Shiki toppled Zephyr in a fight.

Let’s continue about Shiki. Last time we saw him, he was on a jungle island somewhere in the Grand Line, it could be Paradise or the New World, it never mentioned which.

But what if this island was actually Zou.

Yes, the mountains look slightly different with the 785 chapter showing an unusual tree species than the Strong World chapter. But also look here:

Who is he/she? (Looks like a she to me) She may be a result of Shiki’s planning.

Note a lot could change, and the mountain could have suffered physical alterations (highly doubt it), but keep Zou in mind. Say Shiki is on Zou, the seventh Shichibukai is yet to be fully revealed. Based on how Oda is introducing these new characters, I am expecting the seventh Shichibukai and third Admiral within the next two-to-four arcs.

All these characters are only being shown their heads, not their full bodies. Notice what is under Buggy’s head, we have something “furry” of some sort shown. Some are saying that it’s part of Buggy’s shoulder wear. Others claim its Doflamingo’s coat. I say it is neither, it is the seventh Shichibukai. Let’s do an elimination, don’t we?
The marines and revolutionaries have their own panels, so I will eliminate any possibility of them being that “fur” thing. Here are the Yonko:

As you see, everyone above except the seventh and Doflamingo has their face shown. But that “furry” thing isn’t Doflamingo specifically because the pattern of Doflamingo’s coat and the “fur” object are different. It isn’t Jack either because he shares the same pattern as Doflamingo.


Notice how in both pictures, the coats appear more feather-like rather than a downward spike pattern. But look at Shiki’s hair:

A perfect match from a cone top to a spread as the pattern descends.

With the text bubble in the way, likely on purpose, any evidence of a steering wheel lodged in the way is none. This is likely as Oda doesn’t want us to guess who the last Shichibukai really is, and Shiki’s twenty year old plan will finally come to play during Luffy’s era.

An extra side note, unrelated to the theory, look at the head underneath Akainu next to Fujitora and Kizaru. No doubt that is the thrid Admiral. Keep your eyes out for character with curly dark hair.

Anyway, back to topic, Zephyr left the marines because of the injustice of allowing the seventh Shichibukai to join the ranks of exempt pirates. To be a Shichibukai you have to be well-known with a threat that can put fear among other pirates. But why would Shiki want to join the very group of people that were responsible for Roger’s death. Well he has something planned, and he means to show the world the true terror of a pirate. If you ask me, he will play a significant role in the initiation of the Throne Wars described by Doflamingo, and against the Worst Generation, the Yonko, and the Shichibukai, he will open a wrath unlike any other seen in One Piece. What is he planning? Whatever it is, he is likely pulling a Blackbeard in using his special status.

Before I end this, there begs one last question. Why would the WG allow Shiki to join the Shichibukai? Well he does meet the qualifications to become one, he is also on par with the Yonko as far as strength goes. If anything, the WG were probably desperate for the power needed to fill in the missing strength gap that Aokoji, Blackbeard, Gecko Moriah and Crocodile left vacant. This leaves the WG bouncing back from an almost ruptured power-struggle.

To rap things up:
• Shiki is back
• Shiki is the seventh Shichibukai
• Shiki is responsible for cutting Zephyr’s arm
• Shiki may be on Zou
• Shiki will be revealed in the next arc or two

To be honest, I’m still quite unsure about this, mainly because I am not sure I even want this to happen that way, however thinking about it made me come up with actually several reasons why the nakama we have now is all we’ll have ’till the end of the series.
I thought about this possibility for 2 reasons, the first is the Pirate Alliance, the second, well, is the concept of “Early One Piece”, most notably this:

Which brings us to the first reason. Already from the beginning of the series Oda has planned all the nakama he’ll have throughout the series, I must also note that unlike many other shonen, One Piece is actually planned (Though it turned out far longer than Oda assumed), but the fact is, Oda already know what’ll happen and the ending, he knew that from the beginning.
So here lies the first argument, if he didn’t plan more than 9 nakama (including Luffy), will he add more despite the fact that he already planned this much nakama from the beginning? Those 9 Strawhats have dreams which will all come to a conclusion in about the same time, and having another nakama, in a way, would require Oda to create an entire new plotline alongside the rest, however he didn’t plan this specific plotline from the beginning.
Now, but here you’ll say: “Except for Zoro, Luffy, Nami and Sanji who have relatively minor changes, the rest are not like the nakama we have now”, and that’s true, however the Strawhats we have now are not different people, only had an artistic evolution and ended up differently, for example, Usopp was supposed to be more like his father, Brook doesn’t have an Afro, Chopper looks more like realistic reindeer.
The ones with the most massive difference are Franky and Robin, Robin replaced a male character that was supposed to be a plant lover rather than history lover, and Franky replaced a midget carpenter, however, though different it’s clear they were still supposed to have a somewhat similar role despite the differences.

Now, here comes another element I thought about, if new nakamas will join in the New World they won’t be able to develop like the previous nakamas, while the current Strawhats, who joined before the timeskip, clearly had time to develop and become stronger, if someone joins now he/she will barely have the time to actually become stronger and develop as a character, I mean, think about it, because if I remember correctly one of the editors claimed that One Piece is about 70% done, only leaving 30%? And that’s after it doesn’t seem like anyone’s joining this arc? So it’s even less than 30% of the progress of the story?

And here comes another one, because it’s the New World, if one is a good warrior or helpful in any type of way, he/she is already in a group/crew, because unlike Paradise or East Blue this is already the top of the top of the One Piece World, and usually already features characters in their peak, and inside groups, which would make it more unlikely for them to join as individuals to the Strawhat crew and more likely joining as their entire group/crew the Strawhat Pirate Alliance.

So yeah, the fact that the is a Strawhat Pirate Alliance makes more nakama irrelevant in a way, because if someone will join, so is his/her entire group, and will lend their strength to Luffy.

Also, just making sure, that means that both we’ll have new characters and their entire group as “underling crews”, by the way, it’s not the “Strawhat crew”, in the way those are not divisions but separate crews who ally themselves with Luffy similarly to the way crews ally themselves with Yonkos.
Roger had an apparently small crew only in 1 ship, Oro Jackson, as seen in Edd War.

Anyway, now for people saying that Luffy will decline, you are both right and wrong in my opinion, I think he’ll decline the concept of “being their father” but not their alliance, he’ll see them as equals, as allies while in reality they’ll serve him out of their own will.

Also, the Pirate Alliance also explains what happens with Jinbe, in his cover story, Wadatsumi joins him:

So, now people though to themselves: Then both of them will join the Strawhats? And the answer is no. Don’t forget the fact that on top of that, Jinbe is also the captain of the Sun Pirates (Whose whereabout are currently unknown, but that’s his title anyway), so now it makes sense why Oda made him decline in the first place, so that he’ll join the alliance, and not the core crew, in Fishman Island the was no alliance so Oda had him to have “unfinished business” before joining.

Also, about the boy with the number 10:

I think it’s foreshadowing the number of allied crews Luffy has, also let’s not forget Usopp’s Lieshadowing of 8000 underlings, so far we have 5600. So far we have 7, plus Jinbe it’s 8, I also believe Hancock will join after the Shichibukai system will be abolished, for the last one I’m still unsure, so let me hear who you think will join the alliance, I believe it might be Buggy, because both the Kuja and the Sun Pirates (About them I assume) don’t have a lot of people in them, and eventually we need to have 8000 so I believe Buggy, who has an entire organization under him will be the last one to join the alliance.

In this theory, I would like to go in a step by step manner so I will split in in parts.
First I will discuss the participants and their purpose. Then the foreshadowings of war. Then some predictions as to what may happen. Finally a speculated conclusion. Let’s begin.

PART 1:- PARTIES TO THE WAR
1) Yonkos
2) Supernova alliances
3) Marines
4) Outsiders (there’s a surprise awaiting here)

1) Yonkos
A) Kaido
Obviously I will begin with the man who will begin the war. There’s not much to explain here if you read the chapter on Kaido(Chap 795). That was the biggest foreshadowing. Let’s go into his other reasons apart from waging a war like it’s a college sport and he is the team captain.
In that same chapter, we saw him land right in front of the captains of a supernova alliance who were already looking to take down a yonko even though Kaido wasn’t the target. There are 2 possibilities here:-
I) Either they are all smashed to bits which i don’t think is likely at all.
II) Kaido planned to start a war and they agreed to fight then rather than now and the alliance was spared. (This is what would have happened. Kaido wants a war and not a skirmish)

Another reason is “Law also notes that if they kill Doflamingo and destroy the factory, Kaido will transfer his grudge to the pirate alliance.”(wikia).

Though he probably didn’t hear it, if he realises it any later, it fits perfectly with his motive for a war.

The Third and last reason:- During the Marineford War, Kaido wanted to fight with Whitebeard but was intercepted by Shanks. For Shank’s behaviour, fighting is the last option plus if they fought, they definitely couldn’t make it to the war. Definitely Shanks must have talked Kaido out of it. But is it so easy talking out a man like him? Absolutely not. Kaido must have gotten some sort of promise from Shanks for a future fight or something or some other sort of diplomatic agreement. Perhaps Shanks will be invited now if Kaido wishes to start the war.
Those are for Kaido’s reasons.

B) Big Mam
She has quite some beef with the supernova alliances as well. Luffy’s challenge to her and Kid destroying her ships.
Also just recently they again saw the Straw Hats Sunny group holding Caesar hostage who is a target for Big Mam as well as the supernova who allied with her Capone Bege. Bege himself has a bone to pick with Luffy because of the admiral being summoned to Sabaody Archipelago because of you know what
Also the yonko’s are stubborn so I suppose she wouldn’t have forgiven Kid either and naturally she will want to participate in the war to show her wrath.

C) Blackbeard
A schemer and a coward but a perfect opportunist. We already know he is on the hunt for Devil Fruits. Naturally the strongest Devil Fruit users will be Yonko captains or their commanders. Wouldn’t he be fantasising having Kaido’s devil fruit. However this means as usual he won’t enter the war until the end.
He will come just to steal the spoils i.e take devil fruit abilities and territories of any fallen Yonko crew.

D) Shanks
I don’t think he will be part of the war from the beginning either. As a person who would keep fighting as a last resort, he may either enter the war half way through or in between to protect Luffy for the timebeing (I will explain this in predictions for the war) or to intercept and stop Blackbeard or he may later on be forced by Kaido to join the war somehow (as discussed earlier)

2) Supernova Alliances
A) Kid-Hawkins-Apoo alliance
They already wanted to take down Shanks but had Kaido land right in front of them. Do they have much of a choice? They anyway wanted to take down a yonko and Kid being the stubborn guy as he is, I don’t see why he wouldn’t want to participate in the war.

B) Luffy-Law alliance
A war where the yonkos are going to take part. Do you think Luffy can resist it? He already wants to take down all 4 of the yonko. Kaido was his first target but unbeknownst to Law, Luffy already mocked Big mam into a fight. Both his targets being at the war and with his excitement to do stuff where Nami,Usopp and Chopper will freak out of fear is barely containable. I guess you can already see his twinkling eyes. Anyway this would be an unavoidable scenario for them so it’s not like they have a choice.

3)Marines
Now why would Marines want to interfere in Yonko’s war and business? If you remember Jinbe explaining to Luffy that Akainu shifted Navy HQ in the New World, then there is only 1 reason why he would step in the turf of the Emperors i.e if he wants to make it his own turf. We already know that New World is ruled by Yonkos when Garp was explaining this to Luffy in Episode 313. This means that the World Government had minimal control there. Obviously you can’t expect to take down all 4 and rule supremely. They had a hard time beating 1. Akainu himself is also an opportunist and will slowly want to bring more New World territories under the Government’s control. This is the perfect opportunity where you have the Yonkos face off each other. They become easier targets for a cunning schemer like Akainu. He also will want the Marines move in at the last moment just to claim territories so that there is minimum damage to his forces and at the same time he manages to pull off some territories from the Yonkos into the Government hands. Hence the marines would be late interrupters.
Another reason is because they have to do damage control first after what happened in Dressrosa and reinstate their reputation as much as they can after its recent plummeting in nearby kingdoms. They can’t just jump in the war after such a blunder. So they will take part but a late entry rather than right from the beginning. Akainu will let them damage each other and then jump at the right opportunity.

4) Other participants
A) Gecko Moriah
We already know he hates Kaido because Kaido killed his crew. He definitely will look to join forces with some other war participants to take down Kaido.

B) Crocodile
He already entered the New World again and was hiding from Marines attempting to capture him.

I expect him to make an entry too. He won’t be idle sitting and doing nothing when the whole New World in engulfed in war.

C) Buggy
He did state his ambitions of becoming a Yonko. Though he really won’t be serious when such big names are involved. He may look to be an opportunist and show his face at the war and still do almost nothing except ‘accidentally’ helping Luffy or Shanks a little

D) Whitebeard Pirates
They will also join the war at some point to help protect Luffy. We saw Marco say that Ace’s will lives on in Luffy and I feel they may enter the war to protect Luffy from Blackbeard and Akainu.

Now the big surprise.
E) Golden Lion Shiki
He is a canon character as mentioned by Magellan to be the first person to escape Impel Down. Though Strong World is a non-canon movie. Oda-sensei may have something planned for Shiki and it obviously won’t be something small. If we consider Chapter 0 of One Piece, he wanted World domination. However he failed to convince Roger and later on was captured (long story, will just pick relevant parts). He made the following statements too

He despises the New Age and also wants to rule and dominate the world. Yonkos, supernovas etc. was all created in this new era though it had some old timers like Whitebeard. When all the people of the New age gather for the war, this presents him the perfect opportunity to fulfill both his goals; i)Become a Yonko himself and claim territories under his rule & ii) Teach the New age supernova pirates and others a lesson as he stated in the above image. He isn’t an ordinary man and moves with huge fleets perfect for a large scale war and he is a powerhouse himself. Everything simply adds up.

Moving on

PART 2:- FORESHADOWINGS OF THE WAR
The first foreshadowing :- Kaido

It makes everything obvious doesn’t it? He wants to start the greatest war and definitely the greatest war wouldn’t just be of small scale with 2 or 3 participants. Hence all the above participants.

Second Foreshadowing:-
Chapter 799-The parent child relationship. If these people were to just help Luffy during 1 war i.e the Final war, why would Oda rush things. We were expecting Luffy vs Fuji and ended up with something even more epic. LUFFY COMMANDING 5600 PEOPLE!!! Obviously there must be something coming. Still not convinced? Then here’s another evidence.

In this page Law explains it all why Luffy needed a fleet to pick a fight with any yonko. They needed a strategy and a big fleet. However with Doflamingo gone and Kaido wanting to start a war, the initial plan is tossed out. I feel Oda was building upto this silently. Law’s explanations after Punk Hazard Arc and the events at the end of Dressrosa Arc. Also the end of Fishman Island arc. At the end of every arc, Oda-sensei has given hints as to this which prompted me to wonder why and led me to making this theory. It’s like a chain if you observed.

Third is a speculation
A war before the timeskip. I personally expect a second timeskip. There is alot to uncover both plot wise and in character development. I almost feel like One Piece isn’t more than 60 percent complete yet. No one knows Zoro or Sanji’s real origins. We straight away saw their childhood and both have mysterious abilities. Luffy has alot of development to do both in strength and somewhat in character as well.
Finally it is unimaginable to have a 19 year old Pirate King. Wouldn’t that simply make Roger Rayleigh and everyone a joke?

Before the first timeskip we had an epic war which had a massive impact on everyone especially Luffy. Something similar would happen in this war which shall signal a timeskip where all straw hats train further before Luffy can finally become Pirate King and wage war with the Government itself to abolish all the crappy systems. The Void century and Will of D will be discovered after that. Hence there would be a war after which a timeskip.

PART 3:- SPECULATED EVENTS OF THE WAR
I would be a fool if I really tried to predict Oda-sensei as to the entire events of the war. I pretty much explained the reasons and foreshadowings because there was evidence. However what happens in the war is pure speculation.
However somethings where I can atleast discuss a possibility are as below:-
Revolutionaries will not take part again because if they were to, then more details about some of their strong commanders would have been hinted atleast. Sabo has yet to master the Mera Mera no Mi and apparently isn’t strong enough to take on one of the strongest Yonko commanders or Navy Admiral in a serious war yet.
That leaves Dragon. Ivankov is strong but not really a very high level powerhouse. There are some theories as to Aokiji being a revolutionary but as of now we can’t say anything. If Revolutionaries were to go to war, we would atleast know of some preparations and some of their strong powerhouse character introductions. That hasn’t happened.

The war is still far away as we haven’t yet seen any New World nakamas actually join. Luffy’s fleets are also in development especially Hajruddin and Ideo’s crew. We have yet to encounter Wano-kuni arc and whether we get to see Elbaf soon or not is also yet unknown. So the war will still take alot of time to begin.

In the war, I expect Big mam and Kaido to fall with Kaido being dead again killed by perhaps Blackbeard or Akainu. Luffy Law and other supernovas will have a hard time in the war and will barely survive the war. They will do damage but won’t exactly be victorious. Luffy and Law had such a hard time against Doffy so how can we expect them to take on Kaido of whom Doffy was scared as shit! Blackbeard will steal some devil fruit abilities for his crew while Akainu will conquer some territories for the World Government. Shiki will rise to power as a new Yonko.

Big Mam and Luffy will fight which will be stopped midway by Nami realising Big Mam is Lola’s mother from the vivre card and will use that to stop a fight to the death and rather end the bitterness from going to worse. Big mam will be alive but will lose her status as Yonko.

Luffy will manage to claim some unruled territoties and fishman island as his own. By standing upto Big mam and probably fighting well, he will manage to convince her into giving up Fishman Island to him while claiming territories like Dressrosa,Prodence,Wano Kingdom and Kano Kingdom and maybe Elbaf as his own territories which will be protected by his fleets when he enters the Time skip.

There will be some deaths but who exactly we do not know. People predict Shanks to die but whether he dies here or not I cannot say. The war will end with an imbalance again. Lack of 7 shichibukai, and perhaps only 3 yonko.
Why i feel Luffy won’t be a yonko is because he wants to be Pirate King. He wants to defeat all 4 Yonkos and find One Piece rather than usurping their positions. How can he enter a timeskip if he is yonko? Can you imagine a Yonko whose whereabouts go unknown for 4-5 years?
When Luffy becomes Pirate King, there will be no yonko system and there will be 1 sole ruler of the sea with utmost freedom.

Also people predict X Drake to join Luffy and Law alliance by betraying Kaido. I want it to happen but whether it happens or not, I cannot say. He does have some unspoken history with Law.
Also I expect the Whitebeard Pirates to show up and help Luffy against Blackbeard and Akainu to survive.
That is more possible as they will show up sooner or later and Marco spoke of Luffy carrying Ace’s will.

Speculated Conclusion:
1) Imbalance in Shichibukai due to pre war and war activities
2) Kaido’s death and Blackbeard stealing his devil fruit and many others.
3) Big mam’s fall from power and Akainu establishing World Government control over previously Yonko territories.
4) Shiki’s rise to power and claiming of terrotories,
5) Straw Hat Crew and alliance survival and signaling of a time skip.
6) Kid, Buggy and others also claiming some territories.
7) No ultimate powers in the New World as many people have some territories among them.
Government, Shiki, Blackbeard, Shanks (if alive) having big territories while Luffy and others claim few small territories as their own.
[Have a nightmare that Shanks may die while protecting Luffy trigerring another catalyst for Luffy like Ace.] 8) Changes in marines and more connections being established (like Drake joining Luffy Law alliance perhaps)
9) Showing up of Whitebeard Pirates again
Summarising all of the above, alteration in the structure of New World and a Time Skip.

OK, most people have been wondering about the next nakama, but a lot have ignored the allies and how will Oda handle them? Will they follow Luffy on his journey? Will they stay in their country? How will it be?

So I have been thinking about it for a long time and I tried to be objective and I want you guys if you have better ideas to comment for sure and give me your opinions. Now I will write a lot, so be patient please cause I tried to analyze everything

First of all, there are two concept I want to clarify here:
1- When I say allies here, I’m not talking about allies who are on equal terms, no I meant allies who are under the command of Luffy and waiting for his orders, and that’s how most big Pirates in the new world operates.
2- The way I analyzed it, was a way where I separated the allies into two major groups.
A) People Who will stay at the kingdoms and islands who are under Luffy and protect his territory.
B) People who will follow him on his journey, BUT on their own ship not the sunny.

So, there was something I have noticed in this arc and how Oda introduced Luffy’s allies that made me believe that he will follow this pattern and I will go through it in a minute.

When he introduced these allies, there were two kind of allies:
1- Pirates with bounties
2- Assassins, Mercenaries, Kings, Gangs, criminals (but there was not a single bounty on these guys, because Marines only cares about hunting pirates)

Now, the first group, the pirates, they will have to keep sailing no matter what because of their bounties and because they cannot stay on the same island to protect a territory of Luffy, because we have seen what Law was aiming for when he wanted Doflamingo to resign from shichibukai system. If Doflamingo did it, he cannot stay in Dressrosa no matter what cause he will be hunted by marines. Same we can say about the pirates. So how come other yonko and big time pirates have people protect their islands and territories if the yonko isn’t there and there is a bounty on these guys like scotch for example? It’s because these guys are not pirates, and they don’t have bounties, they are gangs, mercenaries assassins, Kings and their troops. So they can rest assured if they stayed in that island to protect it.

I think you guys understood what I’m getting at. So I’ve organized and sorted the characters I’ve seen in this arc as allies into the two groups:

A- Pirates with Bounties:
1- Cavindish and the beautiful pirates.
2- Bartolomeo and the Bart club.
3- Bellamy (I will get into him in a minute since he doesn’t have a crew anymore and no he’s not joining SHs Lol)
This group I will talk about them later, I will first talk about the others in details

B- Others who doesn’t have bounties: These guys will be the ones to protect the future territories of Luffy, and Oda mixed them in this arc together as a foreshadowing of what islands Luffy will take over besides Fishman Island in the future. And these guys will stay in the island to protect it, until the final war where Luffy will ask them all to help him.
Let’s look at them one by one:

1- Kinemon, Kanjuro and momonoske (Don’t have bounties, Wano will be Luffy’s territory and they will protect it)

2- Sai and Boo (They are from Hanokuni the land of flowers and they don’t have a bounty cause they are just a gang not pirates, their grandpa Chinjao was a pirate but not them, they have the happo navy under Luffy’s command already by Chinjao, but they will stay at Hanukuni to protect it for Luffy until the final war. Also, Baby 5 was very young about 10 years old when she was under Doffy as shichibukai so I doubt she got a bounty at all)

3- Blue Gilly and Ideo: One from the long leg tribe and one from the long arm tribe. I was watching a review video of EOP, check him out he’s great, but he mentioned something about it was based on a story of two tribes long legged and long armed and that they were working alone separately, but that these long leg and long arm tribe will only be at the max power when they unite and work together and who will do that? Luffy and Blue gilly and Ideo will protect this town cause I have a feeling that these two tribes currently are hating each others and work separately although they live near each others

4- King Riku, Kyrus, Viola and Rebecca: Kyrus does have a bounty, BUT it’s a picture of him as a toy and it doesn’t even mention his name, so there is no problem for him. As for Viola, she doesn’t have a bounty and the reason I say this is Doffy was most probably a shichibukai for 10 years because as I said before he cannot stay in an island if he was hunted, so him taking Dressrosa mean he got to shichibukai system 10 years ago and then attacked it, and with that, the WG will not put a bounty on someone who works for him, and also Fuji will try to be blind about her and not give her a bounty after Doffy is down since he knows that she is a princess and that it’s the result of the WG corruption she was with Doffy and to protect her family. So either way, these guys will stay in Dressrosa and will protect it.

5- Same can be said for Prudence Kingdom with King Elizabetllo and Dagama the tactician.

6- We have hajroudin who wants to be king of giants, so he most probably needs to stay in Elbaf, and this island is gonna be one of Luffy’s territory as well.

7- Abdullah, Jet, Slayman and Orlumbus (I don’t know from where they are but they will stay somewhere and protect a place)

Now that I’ve finished from the 2nd group, I wanna talk about the first group, the pirates who will follow Luffy in his journey. And here is what I think. I believe that Oda is gonna make the New World a bit different in the way they make their journey. See, people like Kidd, Law, Drake and so on, these guys were just like Luffy in the way they sail, an island after an island and so on. But in the new World, we have seen something different. Kidd had a hideout and a base for his pirate crew. And most pirates in the New World do have a main base including all 4 emperors like Shanks and BB who Luffy have a lot of similarity to them as we know.

That leaves me to believe that Luffy will also have a main base and the journey will be a bit different from now on. They will stay in that Base, if they want to go on a journey to a certain island to explore it and possibly make it his territory, then they go, but after that, they return to that base and not go to the next island immediately. Luffy will need more than one ship in the future in case of there is a problem in one of his territory, and that’s where Luffy orders Bartolomeo’s crew to go and solve that problem. After all Bartolomeo has always wanted to be like that and we all know him being on the main ship is gonna be a bit annoying if he kept fangasming, so that is the best way I see it. Same for Cavindish whom I believe that will be under Luffy in his own ship. As for Bellamy, since he doesn’t have a ship, I really believe that him and Bart built a strong bond, and that he will Join Bart as his right hand man in Bart’s ship.

If there is a message Luffy wants to deliver to someone and so on, he can send Bart with that message, like they are ambassador of Luffy, just like how Pekoms and Tamago works for Big Mom and how Rockstar is working with Shanks

There are many reason I say that this is how it is gonna be from now on in the New World.

1- In the New World, you need to rest after one single journey, the islands are very close to each other unlike before , meaning about only one day journey from an island to another. And going to the next island injured is a big problem.

2- In this way, all the strawhats will get an enough time to train in their base on the new technique that they have developed during the last journey. For example, if they have a base now (which they don’t), Usopp can train on his haki with Sanji or someone else since he only unlocked it, and with that we get a faster growth in each Strawhat which is better than a whole timeskip just so that Usopp can train it. This way it is better with every strawhat who wants to increase their strength and their techniques. Hell, they might go training with their allies, people Like Cavindish and so on just like how we saw Ace fighting and training with Squard in the flashback

3- The Strawhat are bound to go back to many islands in the future whether we like it or not. There is Fishman Island which I expect a huge war will happen there and Luffy will definitely go back for it to protect it, and there is Amazon Lily in Calm Belt which was foreshadowed that the SHs crew all of them will pay them a visit (said by Luffy himself before he went to Impel Down, and I will explain later on the reason of their visit)

So as I see, from now on, the strawhats journey will not be one way to the front, no they will go back to some islands for missions, or a visit and so on. That’s why Luffy will have a hideout and will have a base for his crew like all other pirates do.

Now, what I want to talk about is what ships in the future I expect it to be under Luffy. And when I say ships I mean fleets other than the sunny under his command.

What I expect him to have are these fleets and maybe more but these who I remember for now:
1- Sunny and the main ship with the official SHs members and their number is unknown yet since it’s up to Oda.

2- “The beautiful pirates” under Cavindish (Let’s face it, he will be just crazy to be popular and what better way than following the future pirate king and not letting Luffy have all the glory Lol)

3- “Bart club pirates” with Bartolomeo (Captain) and Bellamy (Vice captain)

4- “The Sun Pirates” under Aladdin (captain) and Jinbie I believe he will join inside the sunny itself, cause when he said that he will break his deal with Big Mom, he told Luffy to invite him on Sunny ship not just being a subordinate on another ship. On the other hand, we can see that the Sun pirates are working for Big Mom now but it seems that Jinbie isn’t the one in charge, that’s why I’m saying Aladdin is the one, besides, they have bounties, so they cannot stay behind in Fishman Island to protect it, so they will have to sail the sea rather than being hunted and Jinbie joining Luffy meaning they also will join Luffy but on their ship. On the other hand, Fishman Island as Luffy’s territories will be guarded by 70,000 soldiers and the prince Fukaboshi who promised Luffy to to rewrite the legend of the Great Neptune Nights by leading the strongest army on the ocean floor according to what they promised.

5- “Kuja Pirates” lead by Boa Hancock, and before attacking me, here is why I believe their ship will be a subordinate of Luffy. Forget about how obsessed Hancock of Luffy and how much she likes him. I’m gonna talk about events that is about to happen. I meantioned earlier that I will say the reason the SHs pirates will pay a visit to Amazon Lily. The reason is that Hancock will be hunted down by the marines and the WG. Why? Think about it, Fujitora’s main objective is to abolish the shichibukai system. Meaning if that happened, and Hancock has a bounty, hell the WG might even know that she was a slave and she escaped. She is bound to be hunted by the marines and WG. This is where Luffy will declare that Amazon Lily is his territory cause Luffy will not let them suffer as we know. and since Hancock will stay a fujitive who has a bounty, there is not a better choice than her ship joining Luffy under her command while there are a lot of strong Kuja warriors still there on the island to protect it.

6- And don’t laugh at me, “The legendary pirate Buggy Sensei and his fleet Lol” and the reason is the same reason of Hancock. Shichibukai will be abolished, and the marines already think highly of him as someone very strong because he was on Roger ship and the brother of Shanks Lol. So, this time, Buggy will be hunted down in a way more serious manner than how they ignored him and thought he is a lowly pirate, which is why I believe that he will go under the protection of either Luffy or Shanks, but we all know how he has pride when it comes to Shanks, so he will choose Luffy. Also because I believe that Shanks will die in the future so Buggy is bound to help Luffy eitherway.

7- “Giant Warrior Pirates” Led by Dorry and Brogy. These two giants topic will be brought again when SHs go to Elbaf. As I said, hajrodin doesn’t have a bounty so he will stay there and protect Elbaf until the day he become king of giants. But there are three Giants who might have a bounty, and will be on that ship, we have Dorry, and Brogy and also we have the Giant from Auction House in Saboady who escaped and he promised that one day he will repay his dept to the SHs. he is a slave, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if he has a bounty.

8- “CP9”, I really believe that against CP0, they will appear and will help the SHs to take them down and since they are fugitives, they cannot stay alone, some are speculating that they are already under kaido, but we all know even if that is true they will not continue that way. That’s why I see two ways for them at the end. Either joining Luffy this way, or they join the Revs. Some are saying they will be under X-Drake, but to be honest I doubt it cause tbh, I hold all the respect to Drake, but I think Lucci is stronger.

9- And the best allies Luffy can ever have and the pirate crew that their leader have ordered them to protect Luffy and their commander was Luffy’s brother. “The Whitebeard Pirates” lead by Marco. I really believe that they will be under Luffy’s command in the final war. Many people will disagree and will say that this is too much of a fleet, but let me tell you this:

First, Luffy will not make them under his command right away. No, there will be a looooot of journeys and a lot of arcs before Luffy gain this much power and make these kind of allies under his command. For example, an ally like the “Whitebeard pirates” are only gonna be under Luffy during and after Blackbeard arc. Cause the Whitebeard pirates must have a hand in taking BB down in my opinion due to their history, so they will be under Luffy’s command after that when they go to fight the WG as a whole.

Secondly, When the SHs go up against the WG as a whole, they are gonna have to fight against 10 important very powerful figures. Cause this fight isn’t just against the marines like before when WB faught against them, no, this time they are gonna face the whole power of the WG including the (Marines + Cipher Pol + The 5 Gorosei). I will neglect CP0 leader, and I will only say there is just 10 people who have an incredible power. they are 3 admirals, 1 fleet admiral, 1 chief of staff, and 5 gorosei (who I believe on a completely different level than the admirals themselves)

So this army of Luffy even with that power is still lacking and pale compared to the WG. Now of course the Revs will be included and also many other pirate groups in the future of One Piece will be under Luffy, I’m just saying it’s not much. After all, that final war will engulf the whole world like WB said

Monkey D Luffy is the new Roger, old Pirate king

I think this because, well, you know of course. Luffy carries on Rogers will, and becomes the new Pirate King. No trouble there..

Roronoa Zoro is the new ..Dracule Mihawk Silvers Rayleigh

Mihawk because of the World’s greatest swordsman. Rayleigh cause he’ll be the pirate kings right hand man. Many think he’ll awaken CoC Haki once he opens his left eye. I think that could be a possibility. Most likely after beating Mihawk or Shiliew, he’ll become the WGS.

Sanji could be the new .. Red Leg Zeff Monkey D. Dragon

Yes, you saw it correctly. Monkey D Dragon. Now, put down your pitchforks. Remember this scene:

Now I believe Oda put that for a reason. This could be major foreshadowing for around the end of the series. And Dragon is currently the most feared man, so Sanji taking his place is like being the new Dragon. Plus, many theories of Sanji being a Noble or a Celestial Dragon could affect the outcome of his future. Red Leg Zeff was put because, well, both cooks, same fighting style, the basic stuff. But I don’t think Sanji will have that revolutionary army and stuff like that. I think he’ll be feared for something.. Maybe his heritage?

Franky, Cutty Flam as the new Dr. Vegapunk

It was between Vegapunk or, Ceaser Clown. But CC is too much of a jerk and not at all like Franky. And Dr. Vegapunk is a similar scientist type engineer like Franky. This could be possible. But we don’t know much about Vegapunk and there could be some other people from Roger’s crew that could fit in. And Franky being the new Vegapunk would actually be really awesome.

Nico Robin as the new Dr. Clover

I chose this and not her mom because we don’t know much about Olivia, and I didn’t choose Kuma cause they’re nothing alike. Clover was the major archaelogist in Ohara, and Robin could carry on his will and surpass him, aiding the future Pirate King. A great fit.

Brook as the new ..Brook

Brook was already from the elder times, and is not really similar to anyone else. Brook will be his own man and continue on with his own goals. GO BROOK!

Usopp as the new Shanks Noland Yasopp or Buggy

Montblanc Usopp? Seems Plausible. Usopp is very similar to Noland, and his lies are all becoming true. He could actually be the Usoland. Shanks was just a cabin boy, but became a very strong person. Usopp could awaken CoC and become like Shanks. The usopp pirates and Usopp leaving them is similar to Shanks leaving Luffy and giving him his straw hat. Usopp and Yasopp are both excellent snipers; though Usopp will get stronger and surpass him. Buggy and Usopp both have great luck and have very similar personalities. Both make themselves seem super powerful, but actually aren’t as powerful as they boast. Lol.

Tony Tony Chopper as the new Dr Hiluluk

Chopper will carry his will of becoming an amazing doctor, who can cure any disease.

Nami as the new Boa Hancock

Both are pretty tough females and very pretty, and they do show off their body most of the time. Both have a deep love for something (Money, Luffy) and both are overall very similar. I don’t think Nami has CoC and will be a Warlord as well as an ex-slave, but might have a similar role at the EOS as Hancock does. Nami could become the most tough navigator and female in One Piece. I can see Nami becoming a queen-type person. Oh and if Nami becomes the head of Amazon Lily at sometime that’ll be hilarious.

We know the name of the three great weapons, and they are:

1) Pluton 2) Poseidon 3) Uranus

It’s been confirmed that Pluton is a ship and Poseidon is the Mermaid Princess, but Uranus is up-in-the-air as it were, and that is the main point I wanted to talk about.

To give a brief history of these mythological gods:

• Pluton (or Pluto) is the god of death. To traverse his domain, one needs to ride with Charon on the river Styx to get to the judgement place. He is one of the three great god brothers in Greek mythology.
• Poseidon is the god of the sea. He rules all things in the water, can communicate with all forms of creatures there, and in general is just the most powerful being in the sea. He is one of the three great god brothers in Greek mythology.
• Uranus, along with Gaea, is the creator of the world. He was overthrown by his children, the Titans (mostly because he hated them) in collusion with their other brothers, the Cyclops and the Hekatonkheires. After he was castrated, the world was filled with all manner of creatures, the Giants, the Furies, etc. He is NOT one of the three great god brothers, but their ancestor.

Now, the last part should be a bit odd, because it doesn’t fit into the theme of the weapons being named after the god brothers and each having their own domain: Zeus controls the skies, Poseidon controls the seas, and Pluton controls the underworld. This is an important point, however, since the domains are STILL split up:

• Uranus is the Sky
• Poseidon rules the Seas
• Pluton rules the Underworld

And so, to connect this to One Piece, we have to consider certain aspects of this:

• Pluton is a large Ship that can destroy Islands.
• Poseidon is the Mermaid Princess who controls the Sea Kings and all creatures below it.
• Uranus is ?

Pluton and Poseidon have clear, direct parallels to their Greek roots, so on that basis I think Uranus must also have the same roots in Greek mythology.

I also want to take note, that Pluton was essentially created on an island in the Grand Line and Poseidon was a power that manifested in the Mermaid Princess, and both of these are powers that existed in their respective realms (i.e. the realms Greek mythology would have them exist). On that important note, I think Uranus is in one of the Sky Islands.

Another thing to note, is that Uranus mixing with Gaea lead to the creation of all the exotic creatures in the world. However, in the One Piece universe, we don’t have too many nuanced creatures besides Giants. Except, its not realistic for the power of Uranus to be “control the Giants” because that contradicts Uranus’ personality: he hated all his own offspring.

So here’s my theory on Uranus, and in extension, where Raftel is, why no one has ever reached there besides Gol D Roger, and why the World Government was able to overthrow the previous civilization:

DISCLAIMER: at a certain point, this will obviously become guesstimates because the future parts are contingent on the previous parts happening which could also not happen

• Uranus is not a ship, or person, or anything like that, but is actually a tree in one of the Sky Islands which “drops” the Devil Fruits onto either the ground or on one of the lower Sky Islands. It is the highest Sky Island, from that logic, so it can “drop” its fruits anywhere. This is supported by a small point:

All the devil fruits in the world have been accounted for.

This is, from a logical perspective, an impossible thing to catalog. Even if you got all the devil fruit users named, how do you know that there aren’t other devil fruits available that no one has ever been able to arrive at? The only way to do that is if you knew the total amount of fruits a priori (before the fact).

• And this is the part where I guess that the Sky Island Uranus is on is actually called Raftel.

This might seem totally random, but I actually have a reason for this:

Sky Islands are remarkably hard to arrive at, not just for the route to get there but because even getting the Sky Island on your map requires A LOT OF LUCK. Think about Luffy getting on Skypiea: this feat was just pure luck that his compass started to point up. This normally never happens, which is why we didn’t see other pirates on Skypiea besides the people who already lived there, because it just so hard to get there. If Raftel was on the sea, then why wouldn’t some person just randomly get Raftel as their next destination point? It only seems logical that when people normally do get Raftel in their destination point, it seems like their compass is just dead.

Which, also being a pure guess, gets me the next point:

• Raftel is an Island that moves.

If Raftel were just a Sky Island that stayed put, it would be easy for some people who did get Raftel on their maps to consider Raftel a Sky Island and go there and find Gol D Roger’s treasure. This hasn’t happened, so Raftel must have another layer of complexity the likes which has never been seen. Additionally, because Devil Fruits can be found anywhere, Raftel must be floating if Uranus is on it so that Devil Fruits can be found anywhere.

Additionally, from all this, the treasure that Gol D Roger held was not a huge pile of booty. I can only assume this, because no major pirate or the Marines (who have the infrastructure) have been randomly digging in any of the islands. Not a single person, in fact, has been shown “treasure hunting.” For instance, what if Luffy found out that One Piece, the treasure, was in Log Town? That would be crazy stupid, because you actually would never have had to cross the Grand Line to find One Piece. People assume that One Piece should be very difficult to get to, but what if it was just a simple place to be? Additionally, how much wealth would really be in One Piece? Let’s say One Piece was worth 10 Billion Beri. Well, who wouldn’t have noticed Gol D Roger depositing large amounts of treasure onto an island that he stayed on for a while? Shanks and Buggy would surely have known about the treasure of One Piece and Buggy would definitely have taken a part of the treasure for himself after Roger died. But Buggy didn’t, in fact, Buggy doesn’t give two shits about finding One Piece, and I can only find a reason for that if:

• One Piece isn’t the name of the treasure he had, but it is the name of the PAST CIVILIZATION found in the poneglyphs.

That’s the only sensible way that Gol D Roger would have found both the True History and also One Piece on the same journey.

• This next prediction has no rhyme or reason, but it is my guess as to how the World Government toppled “One Piece”: the World Government used Haki to defend against the Devil Fruit Users, they sent Posiedon to the seas also through Haki and Devil Fruits they had, and forced Pluton away by using a combination of Devil Fruits and Haki users.
