In this theory i’ll be explaining my thoughts on Green Bull who is yet to make a proper appareance in One Piece. Before i start with Green Bull i’ll have to go to the old admirals first and explain my thoughts on them. Because of this the theory is going to be abit longer then i wanted but i think its crucial to my ideas on Green Bull which is why i kept it in. Don’t let the lenght scare you away though because i believe its an enjoyable read which hopefully wont leave you as confused as luffy.

First the Admirals before the timeskip.

Lets start with Aokiji, who we meet the first time at Long-Long Island. His name translates to Blue Pheasant and he has the ice-ice fruit.

The next admiral we meet is Kizaru, who we meet at Shabondy Archipelago. His name translates to Yellow Monkey and he has the light-light fruit.

The last admiral we meet pre-timeskip is Akainu, who we meet at the Marineford war. His name translates to Red Dog and he has the magma-magma fruit.

Now i believe the names have an extra meaning. Lets start again with Aokiji (Blue Pheasant).

Blue is a link to his power, the ice ice fruit, but it can also be a link to the blue sea (pirates). Aokiji was the only admiral pre-timeskip who fought with the strawhats because they were pirates (as main reason). It is hidden abit by the fact he wanted to deal with Nico Robin and later Spandam using his golden den-den-mushi to trigger the buster call. The Nico Robin factor was for Aokiji something from the past. He had tried to let her escape in Ohara but she was spotted and got the bounty on her head at an early age. After twenty years on the run he thought she just wanted to die so he decided to put everything about Ohara to an end. The whole enies lobby thing was mainly CP9 and not Aokiji. Later he’s on Garp’s ship when Garp attacks the Strawhats when they leave Water Seven and he helps confirm that they escaped.

Now next is Kizaru (Yellow Monkey).

Yellow can be linked to the heavens (Celestial Dragons). When Luffy punched a Celestial Dragon it was Kizaru who volunteered to go deal with him and the other pirates at the human shop.

This was his main reason to go after them. When he meets Luffy again in the Marineford war he tells him that the Celestial Dragons have been clamoring for Luffy’s arrest.

Last is Akainu (Red Dog). Red can be linked to the Red Line (Revolutionaries). Squardo reveals after he stabbed Whitebeard that Akainu is a member of the rebel faction.
I believe this is the faction of the Marines that deal with the Revolutionaries. This is further hinted at him (Akainu) knowing about the relation between Dragon and Luffy before its announced in the war.

This is also his main reason for going after Luffy.

Some small notes about the animal parts.
– Pheasants are groundliving birds like for example chickens. This could link at Aokiji traveling by bike.
– Monkeys live in groups. This could link to how Kizaru works together with his nephew: Sentomaru.
– Dogs are very loyal. This could link to how Akainu places Justice above all. He’s loyal to the values the Marines stand for.

Now the admirals after the timeskip.

Now after the timeskip Akainu became fleet admiral, Aokiji left and 2 new admirals were drafted Fujitora (Purple Tiger) and Ryokugyu (Green Bull). We meet Fujitora (Purple Tiger) for the first time in Dressrosa.

From the way he is dressed we could speculate that he is from Wano Kuni. This gives more meaning to what Doflamingo said about the ‘World Military Draft’.

Brook explained that Wano Kuni isn’t affiliated with the world government and that their samurai swordsmen are so strong that not even the Marines go near there.

So it is abit strange to see an Admiral come from there. Fujitora (Purple Tiger) explained that he wants to abolish the Royal Warlod system which is most likely his reason for joining the Marines in the first place. The World Military Draft gave him the opportunity to not only join the Marines but also to become an Admiral. This gives him influence in the Marines and also the Reverie with which he can strive to his goal (abolishment of the Royal Warlord system).

Now if we apply the previous format to his name (Purple Tiger) then Purple can link to countries not affiliated with the World Goverment. Also Tigers are solitary but social creatures. This means that they hunt alone but can sleep in the same location as others from their species (Well males usually avoid each other but a male can have an overlapping territory with a female). This could link to how Fujitora does his own thing, even if that means disobeying orders.

Its been quite a long theory already but now we get to the part of Ryokugyu (Green Bull). We dont know wether Ryokugyu (Green Bull) is male or female so for this part i will adress him/her as he/him. Lets use the same format again (seperating the names) and start with the ‘Green’ part. I’ve seen a couple of theories that link his power to either trees (nature), radio-activity or time manipulation. But when i think of the colour green i think of healing (mainly because off all the hours i spent playing Pokemon when i was a kid). Because of this i believe his function before becoming an Admiral was a doctor, probably a Marine one. We know that the Marines have a Medical Centre.

If we take it that this is the case we can also speculate about his home country which would be most likely Drum Kingdom. Drum Kingdom was formerly renowned for its doctors and medical knowledge but when Wapol became king he made that law which only allowed the 20 doctors in the palace to stay.

All the other doctors were exiled from the country. There are some hints that could link Green Bull to Drum Kingdom such as Dalton having the cow-cow fruit model Bison

and also Dr.Kureha has been shown wearing a shirt with a bull on it.

If we continue with the format then next is the ‘Bull’ part. The most common known thing about bulls is that they go mental when they see the colour red. This could link to Ryokugyu (Green Bull) having a berserker ability where he looses control over himself and devestates everything close by.

I want to link this to Chopper and his Monster point. Chopper studied under Dr.Kureha and invented the rumble balls. When he took three of these he lost control over his devil fruit and went on a rampage abit like a berserker. This could prove an important hint. How exactly did Chopper invent those Rumble Balls? He could have made them from scratch ofcourse but if we take it that Green Bull came from Drum Kingdom then he could have also used previous research that already existed and made the Rumble Balls from that research. If for example Green Bull was afraid of his own power and the fact he looses his mind whenever it activates then he could have tried researching a way to stop this berserk ability.

With the new admirals (Kizaru, Fujitora and Ryokugyu) we no longer have the logia theme which the old admirals had. Fujitora is a paramecia (since Blackbeard has the gravity logia) so its likely that Ryokugyu is a zoan. I believe he researched the Zoan fruit to explore the posibilities of stopping the berserk effect and left the research behind when he was exiled from Drum Kingdom (gave the research to Dr.Kureha most likely). Later Chopper found that research and made the Rumble Balls. After his exile Ryokugyu, still afraid of his power, joined the Marines hoping that if he could not be cured they atleast could keep him in check. With the ‘World Military Draft’ Akainu forced him to become an Admiral because even if he looses control with his ability he is still insanely powerful.

Now i have saved the best for last and that is his devil fruit. If Chopper used his research for the rumble balls then it is likely they have a similar kind of Zoan devil fruit and that is the human-human fruit. I believe Ryokugyu (Green Bull) has the human-human fruit model: Monster/Berserker/Hulk.

With it he transforms into a monstrosity with insane physical abilities but he also looses control of his mind (like the real hulk). As an Admiral i believe he orders all his troops as far away from him before he activates his devil fruit (this would give some cool panels). The drawback from this might be that he can’t use Haki while in berserker mode which would make him useless against logia but still insanely effective against paramecia and zoans.

Conclusion:
– Admiral names could hide hints to their affiliation and powers.
– Green Bull was a doctor from Drum Kingdom and later for the Marines.
– He has the human-human fruit model: Monster/Beserker/Hulk (one of these most likely)
– His fruit brings him into a berserker rage where he looses his mind, afraid of this ability he wanted to cure himself so did alot of research on the human-human fruit (later gave this research to Dr.Kureha upon his exile).
– Chopper used this research to make the Rumble Balls.

We all know that you can just steal a paper from people who wrote down what’s on poneglyphs, but what does Luffy think about it?
He is not happy with that, given that he showed us his Donald Trump face.
So, how can they steal poneglyphs? Can they just carry them? Well, I think there are 2 images that foreshadow this.
First one:

Wadatsumi is carrying a Poneglyph on his head.

Second one:

Look at the pattern on Luffy’s clothes – the Kozuki clan.

But what kind of significance does the clothing bring, you may ask
Well, try to remember who from Kozuki clan ate a very strange fruit, and since the day he ate that fruit, he could turn objects that are put on head into clothes.
Still doesn’t ring a bell?

They have a foolproof plan – they steal poneglyphs by literally wearing them, and then Kanjuro, with Usopp’s help, draws a new Poneglyph where the old one was so no one can suspect a thing! I think it’s a perfect scheme.

After last chapters, many people in OP community started speculating that the fact Momonosuke is hearing a voice makes him somewhat related to the ability of hearing Voice of All Things!

Most likely, the main hint is this panel, that may be a reference to Roger, the one we know for sure that had this ability:

Actually, way ago (December 21, 2015), I’ve done a theory video in my channel exposing my ideas that Inuarashi and Nekomamushi knew Gol D. Roger, that we would have a Poneglyph in Zou and that most likely Roger was able to “hear” it.

Seems like, maybe, some of my ideas can be proven right in the near future. If not, well, by the time it was a good theory xD, haha.

Anyway, one think that REALLY caught my attention and people aren’t commenting is Law’s expression while climbing the tree.

Why is he so uneasy? So unconfortable? And why did Oda (which clearly is trying to faster the story’s pace) make sure he showed Law’s expression to us?

Also, inside the tree, while everybody’s freaking out with Raizou, Law is still uneasy. It can be due to the awkward situation, but maybe not. Also, we can’t asure he’s looking at Raizo instead of the Poneglyph, which is supposed to be from where the “voice” comes

Anyway, if Law can “hear” the the Voice of All Things too, it open possibilities:

– Gol D Roger
– Monkey D Luffy
– Trafalgar D Water Law

So…. does it means that this ability is related to the D clan?
Anyway, Luffy never heard a Poneglyph (although he seems to have the ability to hear the Voice of All Things). Is this ability something that you awaken somehow or train, something like that?

Second interesting topic: does this mean that Momonosuke (and the rest of the Kougetsu/Kouzuki family) is a D???

Well… guess we’ll learn a little more about it all by the chapter that’s coming tomorrow.

After the recent chapter, many people believe that we will propably have a Jack vs Strawhats showdown and i am one of them!

But, i still believe it’s gonna be a seperation between the strawhats!

Luffy will take few people with him(I believe except for Pekoms, Raizou will join him as well) and Zoro with Law will prepare for the trip to Wano!

However, there is a small obstacle… none other that Jack himself…! and i will explain why…

We know that he went on a rescue mission to save Doflamingo from getting imprison!

In addition, we know he is heading to Impel Down!

Now, let’s look the map…

As you can see,Impel Down is on the west while the strawhats are in the opposite direction(east/Zou).

We know that Jack , managed to attack the marines before reaching Impel Down!

Also, we know that he left the island the same day Doflamingo was defeated!That was 11 days ago…! And base on chapter 807(ten days ago) half of the strawhats reached Zou!

So, if i have to take a guess… the distance at that time(It’s a moving island) between Dressrosa and Zou was approximately 1-2 days at most!(read chapter 807 , it will help you understand how many days has passed since entering the NW!Base on my calculations they are 14-15 days)

Taken into consideration the analysis i just made, it’s highly possible that he managed to catch up with the navy really quick!

If we also take into the account that the navy left Dressrosa the third day after the battle…!

It is beautifully adds up!

In my opinion, Jack managed to catch up around here!

In the proccess managed to sink two ships, but sustained some injuries and considered dead…

However,he failed to retrieve doflamingo and base on the last chapter, he is alive and by the looks of it, he is been accompanied by a large fleet!

So, guys let’s refresh our memory!

What was his initial mission?
To retrieve Raizou!
And where he is now?
He is on Zou!
So, what he is going to do?
He is going to complete, his unfinished mission!

I think it’s a pretty logical way of thinking , don’t you think?

Even if he wants to go somewhere else, he has to pass to Zou…!

I think it’s very unlikely to move on , straight to Big Mom’s tea party… I doubt he even knows anything about it…

Also, take note that the battle between him and the navy occured around 8 days ago(11-3=8…xD)!

He had 8 whole days to rest,to heal,to prepair(fleet)and to travel back on Zou to put an end to his unfinished business!

So, he must be pretty close to Zou!

That means a SHOWDOWN!I can feel the hype!

In my opinion, since there is the Sanji matter on one hand and the Jack matter on the other , they will have no choice but to split!

But why split and not go all together to save Sanji?

1.Luffy said he will go alone, although i doubt he will be completely alone… he will take at least two![Pekoms and Raizou(stealth)… they will sneak!]

2.I think it was foreshadowed that, it’s going to be a match between Zoro vs Jack!
a)They both are the right hand man of their captains!
b)They both use swords as weapons
c)When the minks were talking about Jack, Oda focused on Zoro twice for a reason!

3.There is no way Zoro, will go after Sanji after making that speech

4.The strawhats befriended the minks and i don’t think they will leave them at their fate…Luffy will entrust Zoro with the mission to protect them any way he can!I believe Law will stay too, since his good friend Bepo is from Zou!Let’s not forget they are still many of them injured

5.Lastly… maybe one of the biggest mysteries… the moon!
We have yet to be relieved , what happens when the full moon is out!

I think i gave you some solid points!

To move on with the last part of my theory!

The last part of this theory will be a speculation, but if you think about it , it will might make some sense!

I think in this fight we will have a Law and Zoro vs Jack battle, like we had the Law and Luffy combination against Doflamingo!
So, this combination could be turn out to be true!

Also, they are similar in personalities…both badass,cool,serious and bloodthirsty when they fight!

In my opinion, this duo will be amazing!

To conclude, i think we will have a big revelation regarding Zoro’s past from the moment he will release his demonic spirit!
Yes, i think this will be the fight that we will see him go all out!

This will be the moment when Zoro will trully connect to Wano and it will ignite his desire to go to Wano even more and learn about his past and lineage!

I don’t know how the fight will turn out… but i believe , during this fight Jack will tell him about his demonic/cursed clan or lineage and to how he might connect to one of his future enemies!

Here’s another one for ya guys: Big Mom could have the Spider Spider Fruit.

This whole Idea started from the fact that CHARLOTTE’S Web is about a spider that has the same name as BIG MOM. Then I started thinking and researching on spiders more and found some interesting connections. Let me show you them:

Spiders can lay more than 500 eggs.
-good reason why Big Mom has 35 daughters

Spiders eat insects but do not eat plants
-Big Mom, since she has massive power as a Yonko, might see humans as “insects”. And she doesnt eat “vegetables(plants)”, only sweets.

Interesting enough, i found out that female spiders eat their mates even while mating.
-It Explains why she eats her own kind. Humans.

Spiders can use VENOM
-Big Mom’s nasty ass saliva could be mixed with the venom and acid in her body. So that stuff is probably DEADLY. Watch out for the big mom. All she has to do is drool on you and you’re dead. A YONKO’s power.

Now I didnt say anything about “webs”. I just said that she has the “spider” fruit because I really don’t want her to be another doflamingo.

I don’t know much about card games, but everyone that has owned a windows xp should know the game, Spider Solitaire.
-Oda seems to be using card games in the story now. Maybe Big Mom could’ve came from this. Who knows?

We learned five things in the last chapter:

1) There are 4 Poneglyphs
2) The 4 Poneglyphs together shows the location to Raftel
2) Kaidou and Big Mam each has a poneglyph
3) The Kozuki clan created the Poneglyphs
4) Oden Kozuki, the father of Momonosuke, was a member of Gol D. Roger’s crew
5) Oden Kozuki was executed by Kaidou and the Shogun of Wano.

How is all of this connected? I’ll get straight to the point like I always do.

It was said that the 4 yonkou were the ones closest to One Piece and it seems that was stated in a literal sense. WB and Shanks knows how to get to Raftel so the Red Poneglyphs are “worthless” and Kaidou and Big Mam each has one. Shanks does NOT have a red poneglyph.

Kaidou stole a red poneglyph and Big Mam was ENTRUSTED with another by Roger himself. I’m not joking.

The 4 Red Poneglyphs

Oden Kozuki was a member of the Roger Pirates so of course he knows the history of the Void Century. With the new info that it was the Kozuki who made the Poneglyphs, it is blatantly apparent that Wano fought along side the Ancient Kingdom.

As we know, the AK, which includes Wano, was defeated with Wano itself being split in two and half of it siding with the 20 Kingdoms, giving rise to the marines’ swordsmanship training and the Bald Gorosei.

Being one of the AK’s strongest allies, Wano or just the Kouzuki clan, made the poneglyphs and 4 red ones detailing how to get to Raftel and they were given to 4 ally nations: Elbaf, an unknown place, Zou and of course Wano. I think the last red poneglyph is in Elbaf.

The 4 red poneglyphs show the location to Raftel when the 4 of them are deciphered meaning, Gol D Roger used the Voice of All Things to follow its guidance leading him to Raftel, implying that the red poneglyphs are not in the WG’s hands.

Roger’s crew scattered after Raftel was discovered and one of the red poneglyphs ending up in the protection a former Roger Pirate or ally: Big Mam.

Kaidou, Wano and the Red Poneglyph

Why would the Shogun of Wano joined Kaidou and murder Oden Kozuki? Because Oden was deemed a traitor.

Wano used to be under the protection of WB(after he saved it from Kaidou) but after the death of WB, Kaidou returned. This time however, things would be different. Why? Because Oden Kozuki told the Wano Shogun some info of the Void Century and I believe they were trusted friends.

Like the other Roger pirates, Oden was awaiting Roger’s successor but when Oden told his friend the Shogun about the history, the Shogun was pissed. Not only was the pissed upset at what he heard, he was filled with greed and wanted to more. The Shogun of Wano wanted a war; a war where Wano can get its revenge on this world of lies and a sense of greed for getting ultimate power.

Oden was of course against the Shogun’s irrational behavior but there was someone invading them that shared the shogun’s ideals:

100 Beast Kaidou

Kaidou thinks the world is hollow and should perish. He wants to engulf the world in the greatest war ever and the Shogun had similar motives(also, Kaidou’s wanting to commit suicide for his failures is similar to samurai committing suicide when shamed). Things got worse when the Shogun sided with Kaidou and told the beast what he knew. Yes people…Kaidou knows some of the history too. He knows what the Shogun knows. This made Kaidou want the Red Poneglyph by any means thanks to Whitebeard himself.

Kaidou recalled that WB said that whoever finds the OP would cause the world to be engulfed in a war and with the Red Poneglyph that is a key to Raftel’s location is in his possession, he goal is one step closer.

However, Kaidou can’t do a thing with the Kozuki clan. The Shogun and Kaidou thinks the members of the Kozuki clan(Momo, Kinemon, Kajnuro and Raizou) can somehow decipher the red poneglyph. This is one for the reasons the fled Wano for Zou and also how Kaidou knew to send Jack specifically to Zou. Both Kaiodu and the Shogun want to know what the red poneglyphs says.

For a second scenario, the shogun could just be a coward and decided to join the winning side.

Big Mam, Roger and the Red Poneglyph

First of all, how does Nekomunashi know that Big Mam has a red poneglyph?

I think Big Mam was a former member or at least an ally of the Roger Pirates. Why? A few reasons…

In previous theories, I came to the conclusion that the Ancient Kingdom and the D clan is based off South America or at least, the mythical cities of South America.

Big Mam also has connections to WB who was a friend of Zou and Wano.

Nothing concrete, I this is the reason why I think Big Mam was either entrusted with or was able to get her hands a Red Poneglyph. I also think that this is the reason Germa 66 are going business with her; they want that poneglyph. It also increase the chances of Big Mam becoming an ally of Luffy since he seemingly has Kaidou AND half of Wano after his head.

-Big Mam gets her hands on a Ted Poneglyph
-WB dies and Kaidou returns to Wano

-The Shogun sides with Kaidou and tries to froce the Kozuki to decipher the red poneglyph
-Oden dies(with a smile? a ‘D’)? to let his son and retainers escape
-The Kozuki clan flee to Zou for assistance and shelter
-Jack arrives at Zou to retrieve Raizou

Hello once again everyone and welcome back to yet another theory for your entertainment.This time I shall be discussing the yakuza connections of the admirals but this mostly focuses around Akainu.

First of all, why does the WG seem more like a mafia or yakuza? The way they dress, the way their meetings are held etc.. Does the fact that the 4 admirals are based off actors from the yakuza film era seem strange?
(Everyone knows this trivia)

Akainu is based off actor Bunta Sugawara or more specifically, his role in the popular yakuza film series Battles Without Honor and Humanity. In this movie series, Bunta was apart of a yakuza that was trying to shed their yakuza image and make Bunta retire. I’ll get more into Akainu later.

AOKIJI KUZAN

Aokiji is based off Yusaku Matsuda character in Detective Story (1983). In Detective Story, Matsuda was a detective who was hired to watch over a rich goal named Noami much to his annoyance. Things get complicated when Naomi’s mother is suspected of murdering a love hotel manager so Matsuda and Naomi investigates the crime and it leads them to the yakuza. Matsuda also starred as the main yakuza villian of the 1989 filmBlack Rain by Ridley Scott. In the movie, the lead character went deeper and deeper into the criminal undergound until he was lead the Matsuda’s character who was the main villain.

Kuzan’s actions are pretty similar to the movies. He is pretty much an undercover detective playing the villain in order to dig deeper into the underworld.

KIZARU BORSALINO

Kizaru is based off Kunie Tanaka’s character from Battles Without Honor and Humanity and Truck Yaro. In Battles Without Honor and Humanity, Kuine Tanaka was in the same yakuza as Bunta Sugiwara and was one of the people voting for Bunta to retire. Bunta and Tanaka also starred together in the comedy Truck Yaro.

FUJITORA ISSHO

Fujitora is based off Shintaro Katsu’s character from the Zatoichi series. During his training, Zatoichi was a member of the yakuza and killed many people. Regretting his actions, Zatoichi left the yakuza and became a compassionate man, helping as many people as he could during his travels. His endeavors led to Zatoichi being loved by many. However, since Zatoichi abandoned the yakuza, yakuza placed it bounty on his head and are hunting him.

Judging from this, it seems Fujitora blinded himself as punishment and also because he couldn’t stand seeing the suffering he caused(kind of cowardly). Fujitora was probably a criminal and seeks atonement for his actions and believes the WG isn’t what it should be since it failed to catch monsters like him.
Zatoichi- was hunted by the yakuza because he left them. Fujitora came to the “yakuza” to change them.

Funta’s Shozo Hirono- didn’t want his yakuza group to change by shedding their yakuza image. Akainu only cares about the image of himself and the marines.

Coincidence that Fujitora and Akainu lashed out at one another over the image of the marines?

Now to Akainu’s past. As I said earlier, Akainu is inspired by the character Shozo Hirono in Battles Without Honor and Humanity. Hirono was an ex-soldier and street thug who was involved in violent yakuza wars. Hirono was sent to prison many times but soon enough, his yakuza group wanted to shed its image and wanted Hirono to retire, as he was one of the main reasons the group was still viewed as a yakuza. At the end of the film series, after many of his friends were killed, Hirono retired.

Kuzan said that “the grass was greener on the other side” so you can probably guess what I’m trying to say; before the marines, Akainu was involved in criminal affairs. Heck…’Sakazuki’ means “sake cups” and they are for yakuza initiation ceremonies.

As a kid, Akainu is carrying a knife and has a cap that says “justice”. It seems even at a young age, Akainu was killing criminals. Maybe the reason Akainu is so extreme about killing criminals is because he experienced it first hand.

Probably the only thing Akainu hates more than criminals are traitors.

Here, Akainu deems a random marine a traitor for running away from the Marineford War and kills him.

Check Akainu’s dialogue when speaking to Jinbe.

Akainu tried killing Coby cause he deemed Coby a traitor.

After all, Akainu is a member of the rebel faction.

The rebel faction focuses on the findig and demise of those who has turned their backs on the world government. Who are some traitors?

I believed Dragon was a former CP0 agent and that would make the greatest traitor in WG’s history and an obvious target of Akainu. Akainu even knew that Luffy was Dragon’s son even before Sengoku told all of the marines.

As for Bonney, though it is unknown that BB knew of her worht or not, the person who was sent/volunteered to retrieve Bonney was Akainu and he said that she FLED aka RAN AWAY from the World Government. Not the marines.

According to this chart that Oda made, Aakinu is STILL hunting for Bonney and lets not ignore how Bonney’s Post-TS attire is a hoodie to conceal her face.

Why is Akainu hunting for Bonney? Business with Big Mam but that is a theory for another time.

I shall be going into further detail as to why devil fruit users sink in water and the secret of seastone.

As you obviously know, devil fruit users sink in water but what you may not know is that water doesn’t neutralize devil fruit powers.

Luffy’s stretched arm was underwater but shouldn’t it have neutralize his powers and cause his arm to retract? There is also this:

Aokiji fell into the water but inside of his power being neutralized, he used his ice to make it to the surface.

Here, Luffy is completely submerged in water but he cold still stretch.

Water simply weakens devil fruits but still why? There is also the fact that seastone COMPLETELY neutralizes devil fruits powers but it has the “essence of the sea.” Also, unlike water, when DF users wear seastone, they can still move.

What is the “essence of the sea”?

Gravitation or more simply, Gravity.

Kaku said he felt a “gravitational force” coming from the devil fruits.

At first you would he meant it as an expression, but Kaku’s senses are quite good which made me think that he meant it literally. He was able to feel Zoro’s demon spirit.

Law felt a similar force coming from seastone.

The main reason I believe gravity is why devil fruit users sink and has their powers neutralized by seastone is none other than Marshall D. Teach, better known as Blackbeard.

“Darkness” is gravitation and everyone knows what the special ability of the Darkness fruit is……

Neutralizing devil fruits powers via physical contact.

Now then, the tricky part was finding the actual relationship between water and gravity as a lot of factors fall into play such as mass, pressure and density. There is also the fact that there is less gravity underwater so get ready for a science trip.

Blackbeard’s darkness is a black hole.

A black hole pulls an object in and once inside, the object is crushed under the immense gravity or pressure.

Seawater is more dense than fresh water(because of salt) so its easier for a human to float, but seawater has more pressure than fresh water as you go deeper. This is referred to as specific gravity, which is the ratio of the density of a substance to the density (mass of the same unit volume) of a reference substance.

The devil fruits contain the souls of people who lived in space. Space has less pressure and gravity(compared to Earth or Vearth). On Earth, gravity gives weight to physical objects and causes the tides so naturally, the souls of the space people should feel extra pressure. Gravity has an infinite range, and it cannot be absorbed, transformed, or shielded against. When submerged underwater, the souls would feel even more pressure.

It is also worth noting that the Darkness fruit was the first devil fruit to exist and it has power over gravitation and every devil fruit afterwards gave off a gravitational force. Seastone has a gravitational force similar to a black hole so like the Darkness fruit, it “sucks in ” devil fruit power and neutralizes it(cause of the immense pressure it puts on devil fruit souls).

Lets sum up everything. The devil fruit soul is like a parasite and the devil fruit user is a host. In a way, the parasite and the host share the same body.

Water- When in water, the host and the parasite feel pressure(the parasite even more so) but since they share the same body, the host feels the same effects of the parasite but can still use his/her abilities
(because its only a little pressure).

Pretty much, Blackbeard is walking seastone as they have the same effects on DF users. On the surface, they focus entirely on the parasite and uses the effects of a black hole and apply immense pressure on it. The parasite is suppressed while the host is just fine which is why they are able to move with seastone cuffs. Remember when Blackbeard black vortex against Ace? Ace felt pressure and was sucked in but when BB grabbed Acehe was fine, but the “parasite” was not. Why? Because BB’s body is still a black hole(when he uses his ability, he simply brings the black hole to the surface to affect people).

Hey guys, here’s my take on the Red Poneglyph!

Something that has been curious to me for several chapters now is why exactly is Momo sick? It has been stated that he “doesn’t feel well” and has been in his room almost since arriving on Zou.

As they head toward whale tree, Oda specifically writes that Momo is still feeling “terrible“.

Kinemon suggests to Momo “wait at the bottom”. Perhaps this indicates that he is feeling worse as he heads closer to the whale tree.

Here’s where it get’s juicy.

Momo says that the closer he gets to whale tree, the more he can hear this “loud voice”. Kinemon comments that Momo is much like his Father and Neko and Inu bring up another person who is “much the same”.

I really think this voice Momo hears is the “voice of all things”. It is very conspicuous that only Momo can hear this voice, given Franky possesses “super hearing”. Neither the minks nor the Samurai are very surprised. Perhaps this suggests others have heard this same “loud voice” as they approach whale tree.

This is a voice that only Momo, his father and the “other man” can hear.

The “other man” is heavily hinted to be Gol D. Roger.

Remember, Gol D. Roger “found the text and followed it’s guidance”. This implies at some point he would have come across this new Red Poneglyph on Zou, giving him the opportunity to here its “voice”.

Note, it’s not until they are inside the tree that Nami can hear Raizou’s screams. This heavily suggests that the voice Momo can hear is not the screams of the ninja.

I am sure Momo can hear the voice of all things!!! And this ability allows him to hear the voice of the Poneglyph on zou and it’s voice is a voice that makes him feel physically ill.

And we learn that this poneglyph Momo can hear has a “different purpose” than the others.

To further my suspicions about Momo, he is not shown at all inside the Poneglyph chamber. This next chapter Momo will reveal that he can hear what the Poneglyph is saying, i’m sure.

So… What could this Poneglyph be saying??

It’s story makes Momo “uneasy” to the point that he feels “sick”. It’s also colored “deep red”. Perhaps you could even describe it as blood red…

I think that this red Poneglyph is a poneglyph that describes a story of death. Could it be a gruesome battle during the void century? Some catastrophe? Perhaps it may just be a representation of the many lives lost during the course of the void century.

My favorite idea, however, is that the Red Poneglyph specifically tells the sad story of Wano Kuni during the void century. Whereas most poneglyphs focus on the Ancient Kingdom and the general history of the void century. I think this is Wano’s Poneglyph.

It’s hard to be sure exactly though, but for sure, this Poneglyph does not contain good news.
