Let’s first go over what we have so far

Gear 2nd

G2 uses the Circulatory System. Luffy pumps more blood through his body supplying it with more materials/second which makes his body quicker and stronger with am emphasis on speed. Because he is using supplies from inside his body quicker he will be drained of energy quicker. Luffy will only state in this state when he needs to so that he can save energy.Luffy got the idea from watching the CP9 fight using rokushiki. Luffy seems to have based it off of Soru which allows the user to move at high speeds.

Ok. So now that we understand Luffy’s previous gears, let’s discuss what he uses as the foundation of them. The body’s systems.

The first three systems on this diagram allow Luffy to use his current gears.
G2 Circulatory System
G3 Skeletal System
G4 Muscular System

Other bodily systems which will most likely not be used are the Lymphatic (relates to circulatory system and deals with toxins) Excretory, and Reproductive systems.

That leaves us with the possibilities of the Nervous, Respiratory, Endocrine, and Digestive systems.

Nervous System – the body’s control system. By stretching this system more of Luffy’s body will be covered by nerves making it so he can have complete control over his body similar to how he has better control while in G4. However, if he could sense his own body better by stretching the nervous system then he could perform, with the help of kenbunshoku haki, an ultimate form of the Cp9 Kami-e (dodge). He could also control his muscles better to use the CP9 Tekkai (hardening) and perhaps combine this gear with others to improve control over them.

Respiratory System – the body’s air system. Though I do believe Luffy already uses this, I’m sure his Lungs normally expand extra when he needs to use G3 and G4, there is a chance that Luffy could expand the respiratory system to its capacity to pump absolutely absurd amounts of air into his body allowing him to achieve the ultimate combination of G3 and G4 and become a giant!

Endocrine System – the body’s hormonal system. If Luffy stretches out the size of this system he could perhaps use this gear to produce more hormones quicker. He could have been inspired by seeing Ivankov’s techniques and use this gear to give himself a shot of adrenaline when getting tired from the strain of G2, G4. He could also produce more red blood cells with erythropoietin which could make his G2 way stronger. I also think this one is stretching it since Luffy is not too bright and reading through different hormones confused even myself, but who knows? Maybe Ivankov can explain something to him later on… If you want to check out some cool hormones check this page. Though it will probably hint more of Ivankov’s powers than Luffy’s.

Finally, the one that I wouldn’t put past Luffy at all to use, the

Digestive System – the body’s food system. Luffy loves food and he can eat a whole lot, but if he stretches his digestive system he could probably eat an infinite amount. I can imagine Luffy seeing a snake expand as it eats it’s prey when he trained on Amazon Lily and thinking that is something that is sugoi XD. He could have also gotten the idea from Wappol. Anyway…. this would allow Luffy to have an enormous amount of energy going into battles and it would allow for Luffy to regain energy a lot quicker as well. Though this could again be something that he already uses to some extent when eating normally.

Based on knaal’s idea we also have:

The Integumentary System which protects the body.

From these systems I think that the Nervous/Integumentary and Respiratory systems are the most likely to become the next gears, respiratory being the most likely IMO since he uses his lungs for two other gears already and loves giants.

I also do not believe Luffy will use other Cp9 abilities that I did not mension like the Shigan or Rankyaku since they go against his fighting style.

I will also mension that I believe G4 to have more forms, one of which I think will be a super compressed Luffy based on the “down side” of G3. We have to remember chibi Luffy is another possibility just like Nightmare Luffy became a true form with Gear 4th.

Little is known about Sai’s powers, but he is renowned as a martial artist able to use a technique which generates vibrations. He was able along with Boo to restrain back his enraged grandfather, although it is probable that Chinjao didn’t exert himself fully as he wouldn’t wish to harm his grandchildren.

What is certain is that Sai is strong enough to handle and excel against the dangers of the New World, to the extent of being chosen as the 13th Commander Happo Navy in succession of the legendary Chinjao. In the Block C battle royale of the Corrida Colosseum, he demonstrated enough might as a fighter to effortlessly dodge the assault of the combined Funk Brothers and defeat them in one blow, as well as spar evenly with Ideo, a boxer powerful enough to launch a giant out of the ring with a single punch. Although Luffy knocked Sai easily out of the arena with a Gear 2nd kick, the attack was a surprise that caught him off guard, and he was shown to be conscious and fine in the waters right after.

Sai’s true strength is later seen when he was able to effortlessly bend Chinjao’s Haki-coated head (an incredible feat done only by Garp and Luffy before him) and during his fight with Lao G when he was able to both defeat him easily and split the enitire hill in two. After seeing his destructive power even Roronoa Zoro noted his ability and decided to remember his name for the future.

Sai possesses Busoshoku Haki as demonstrated when he coated his leg with Haki against Chinjao and Lao G. He also is skilled enough to coat large portions of his body with Haki in order to protect himself from being crushed by Pica.

In the anime, when defeating Lao G, Sai’s Haki emitted a green flame-like aura around his foot in conjuction with the usual black-skin effect of Busoshoku Haki.

The first impression reading Chapter 814 is that the Zou NightGuardians Hideout is very similiar to Rumah Gadang in the Pandai Sikek village of West Sumatra in Indonesia. What do you think?

Hello everyone, in this new theroy I’m gonna be talking about Kaido’s powers. This may sound tiresome to most people due to Kaido’s theories have been done to exhaustion, but I assure you,you won’t regret reading it.

LETS GET TO THE THEORY!

I was watching one of the “new” X-men movies, the one that we see how professor Xavier gets crippled. and there we have a super-hero, the which is called Darwin in the Marvel comics. His power is quite a interesting one, he has the wonderful ability to adapt to any circumstance in order to survive.for instance:

• If you throw him at the sea he will create gills or something like this to surive.
• Fire-proof skin if exposed to flames.
• He can adapt to any enviroment or situation,if he is in a very cold place he will grow fat or hair for instance.
• In less extreme cases,when in total darkness he quickly develops night vision.
• Once,when getting a hell of beat by Hulk,his body simply teleported him far away from the fight.

So, I think Kaido has the Fitto-Fitto no Mi(the adapt fruit), the Saizen-Saizen no Mi(the survival fruit) or the Fume-Fume no Mi(the immortality fruit).

Kaido would have the power to adapt himself to any kind of situation, that explains why he can’t die, why he simply won’t just throw himslef into the sea and die and why he has scaped the marines so many times.

In this situation you may think, “well,then the SH pirates nor no one will ever be able to defeat Kaido”. To that I have a few points:

1-Killing or hurting isn’t the only way of fighting, they can always trap him or immobilize him.

2-The adaptation power in Darwin isn’t controlled, for instance, Darwin can’t get drunk because his body will simply process alcohol to fast. So, in order to defeat Kaido the SH can do something that make him adapt to survive but not in a form he can do anything,just like it happens in the movie I mentioned.

3-Luffy, as Mihawk has noted has the ability to turn people to his side, that doesn’t mean Kaido will be an ally, but he can see in Ruffy the person who will fullfill his dream whatever it is, or Luffy may convince to stop fighting for whatever reason.

People may also say that Akuma no mi is waaaaay too overpowered, to that I say: Darwin’s power, again, ain’t controlled by him, so the adaptation isn’t what the user of the power needs, it’s “just” a defensive ability, for instance, when fighting someone Kaido may deactivate his ability so that he doesn’t get teleported somewhere, all his attack skills will have nothing to do with his Akuma no mi, cause the adaptation will never make him stronger, just will make him survive. In a fight the fruit will never go “oh this opponent uses the mera-mera no mi, now I can use water powers” or “this guy is sttonger, to survive I’m stronger now”. No he power will always be defensive, so all of his attacks will be “normal” like punches, kicks, etc.

Monkey D. Dragon is in the first anime opening for One Piece, We are!, showing his face for a brief second.

Of all the characters in One Piece, Dragon perhaps has been the center of the most myths among fans, usually concerning whether he has Devil Fruit powers or not. Before his status as a D. was revealed, his possible family connections to other characters was also a major point of discussion within the fan-base.

Whether it is a foreshadowing on Oda’s part or a coincidence, Luffy appeared in the short Mugiwara Theatre – Monster Time as a dragon years before he was revealed to be Dragon’s son.

All members of the Monkey Family have shown to have a noticeable mark on the left side of their faces. Both Luffy and Garp have a scar while Dragon has a large tattoo.

So far, the few times he was seen in the series outside of Baltigo, there was always at least the suggestion of a storm coming, if not one already there. This happened when he saved Luffy in Loguetown, at Gol D. Roger’s execution, and in Goa Kingdom. However, Baltigo has been shown to be very windy. This is referenced in his appearance as a support character in One Piece Gigant Battle and its sequel, where he can help his Leader or blow his opponents away with a gust of wind.

It has been mentioned in the past that Sanji refuses to fight with his hands because he needs them for cooking and does not want to risk damaging them. However, I believe that there is a much deeper reason for this than what Sanji makes it seem. In Sanji’s original backstory, it makes sense that Zeff would teach Sanji how to cook since Sanji said he wanted to help Zeff with his restaurant. What isn’t clear is why Zeff would teach a young child how to fight. The story just skips a huge chunk of time and I think it is finally time for Oda to reveal the missing parts of Sanji’s story.

While stranded on the island, Sanji sees a bag beside Zeff and thinks it is filled with food so he runs towards Zeff with a knife in order to kill him for the food. Isn’t it a bit odd how a young child, despite being desperate, would have such murderous intent? It was recently revealed in the manga, the Sanji’s family, the Vinsmoke, is a family of assassins. I believe that at this point in Sanji’s life he had already been influenced greatly by his family even if it’s just through observation. I think Sanji witnessed many people fall victim to the Vinsmoke assassins so he probably learned at a young age that you have to kill in order to get what you want. This is the reason why Sanji wanted to kill Zeff. I believe that Sanji, when he was even younger, was ordered by his father to kill someone as some sort of initiation into the family business, but Sanji wasn’t able to do it. I also believe that this person was Sanji’s own mother. Perhaps Sanji’s mother betrayed the Vinsmoke family by leaking information or maybe Sanji’s father felt that by killing someone so close to Sanji’s heart, Sanji would easily be able to kill anyone without hesitation. I think the trauma from this event is what led to Sanji vowing never to hurt a woman so that he would never have to remember the pain of this event. As a result of disobeying his father, Sanji was banished from his home in the North Blue and this is how he eventually ended up in the East Blue where he met Zeff.

I believe that Zeff taught Sanji how to cook, not only so that Sanji could help out with his restaurant, but also as an attempt to help Sanji get over his childhood trauma. By teaching Sanji how to cook, Zeff wanted to show Sanji, that his hands could be used to make people happy as opposed to being tools of murder. On the island, Sanji learned how important food was for life so being able to make delicious food for people is a way for Sanji to give life in a way instead of taking it away. I think this reinforces why Sanji cherishes his hands so much. Finally, I believe that Zeff taught Sanji to fight using only his legs in order to separate the idea of his hands being used for killing. It somewhat serves as a renewal for Sanji since his trauma is associated with his hands only, not his legs. Zeff probably also understood that there would come a time when Sanji would have to face his family again and he need to be able to defend himself. Furthermore, I also believe that Zeff cutting of his own leg symbolizes the idea of Zeff taking Sanji’s burdens onto himself. By sacrificing his leg, it balances out with the sacrifice that Sanji failed to make; killing his mother.

So many of our latest suspicions were correct in that the Vinsmokes are prominent figures in the underworld. And a twist..they are assassins!! Now we know what the Vinsmokes are. But for them to be only a family of assassins and wield enough power to get an only alive poster for Sanji shows how powerful the head of the family is. And that also means Sanji has two older siblings who must be powerful as well.

My fascinations from this chapter are:

1. Why is a family able to have the WG’s and the Yonko’s co-operation at the same time? It’s unprecedented as far as I know.
2. Why are the WG even co-operating with assassins when they have the Cipher Pol at their disposal?
3. Cipher Pol don’t seem to be related to the Vinsmokes, Sanji didn’t recognize them at Water 7 or seem to be familiar with them.

Ultimately, just who are the Vinsmokes and why are they so powerful? They’re playing both sides. Perhaps, they’re Black Mailing the WG?

Cavendish has an unusual condition, where he possesses a combination of narcolepsy, sleepwalking and Dissociative identity disorder. His inner personality, Hakuba, awakens when Cavendish falls asleep and grants him incredible speed, to the point that he moves too fast for the eyes to track; even with Haki he can barely be seen. Due to this, back in theRommel Kingdom, everyone believed it was the wind that was slashing people. As such, the phenomenon became known as the “Kamaitachi of Rommel“. An even greater example of Hakuba’s speed is that he instantly defeated Dellinger, an executive of the Donquixote Pirates, without even being seen, who himself is renowned for defeating opponents with his speed.

As a fighting style it is not ideal for match-style fights like the competition in Corrida Colosseum. Though he defeated the twenty strongest fighters in Block D instantly, in the end it led to Rebecca’s victory (as she was the only one who managed to see and barely block his attack) as he promptly fell asleep afterwards. It is also not ideal for fighting alongside comrades as Hakuba will attack both enemies and allies alike.

Cavendish has been shown to be able to surpress Hakuba to a degree where he can access his incredible speed without losing control, but only for a very short duration, and he will still fall asleep afterwards.
