in case of Shanks there is a chance that he knows what it is and where it is and if he was to take it it will spoil things for other pirates, in case of Kaido, he is totally not interested in becoming Pirate King as we have seen him just like Whitebeard, Kaido now is the strongest creature, and we know if he pushed him self a little he could find it and again, just like Whitebeard, now that leaves us with two more yonkos, Big Mom and Blackbeard, we still dont know whats Big Mom’s plans are, we barley know anything about her, however, Blackbeard is the one that is most interested in becoming a Pirate King that it probably the same interests as Luffy, in the end, Blackbeard is Luffy’s main enemy and last enemy to find in One Piece, so yeah.
