THEORIES & OPINIONS

HOW DID SANJI GET TO EAST BLUE?

We all know that Sanji’s from North Blue, though he met the crew while working at Baratie Restaurant in East Blue. We also know that Red Line divides the world in two parts, with three seas each:
1. East Blue + Grand Line (Paradise) + South Blue.
2. North Blue + Grand Line (New World) + West Blue.

From that, we can assume that there’s only 2 ways of getting to East Blue from North Blue:

1. Reverse Mountain and Calm Belt. This means, entering Grand Line from North Blue through Reverse Mountain and then exiting Grand Line through Calm Belt to East Blue. This is the “easiest” way, though there’s a high probability of dying in Reverse Mountain and even more in Calm Belt.

2. Mariejois. I don’t really have any idea on how to enter Mariejois except from scaling the Red Line at the end of Paradise or at the beggining of New World, but there must be some way to do so, reserved only to nobles or tenryuubitos and their staff (we saw Tenryuubitos and some of his servants back at Sabaody).

From my point of view, the first option is impossible. Why? Well, when the Strawhats were about to enter Grand Line, Sanji didn’t have any idea of what Reverse Mountain was, so it’s quite obvious that he hadn’t travelled through it as a kid.

The only possibility would be Mariejois then. So this gives more credibility to the theory that says that Sanji is a noble of some kind. He could have been to Mariejois as a kid with his noble family and he took advantage of the situation to escape from them, later being able to get in a cook’s ship that would bring him to East Blue. But then again, Oda always surprises, so we don’t know what he’s got prepared (could it be about to be revealed, could it have something to do with Sanji’s current “disappearance”?

There might also be a third way of getting to East Blue from North Blue, though I find it highly anticlimatic. The thing would be that one could cross Red Line in some parts of the Blues, meaning that not the whole Red Line would be a cliff as in Grand Line, but that it would rather have some places similar to beaches where ships could dock, thus being able to cross from one side to another. If this was true, though, I think One Piece would lose his characteristic “divided world” theme, which I think is the main point of the series (there’s a world divided in four pieces waiting to be reunited in one single piece).

Anyways, this is it, guys. I guess it’s not much of a theory, but instead it’s more of a punctualization that gives credibility to the theory of Sanji being a noble. Hope you liked it!

Feel free to share your thoughts on how Sanji could’ve got to East Blue as a kid.

    SANJI AND PURIN

As we know, Sanji’s last name is Vinsmoke. Vin is the French term for “Wine”, seeing as Sanji is a high-class cook, and Smoke is pretty self-explanatory. The Vinsmoke family is obviously a noble family because:
    1. Sanji is wanted only alive
    2. He’s having an arranged marriage, a custom that is practiced by rich and noble families

He is also the youngest of three. I’m assuming his two older siblings are male, and their names are Ichiji and Niji.

    Ichi = 1
    Ni = 2
    San = 3

Now, moving on to Purin. My prediction is that she’s the three-eyed woman on Big Mom’s ship, due to the fact that the “San” in Sanji’s name translates to 3.

Does that mean Sanji and Purin will get married? I highly doubt it, because that means he will have to remain loyal to her, and it’s too early in the series for him to stop flirting with every woman he meets. It would also ruin the adventures of the Straw Hats, because Sanji will either leave for good and live with Purin, or Purin will join the crew. I’m almost certain that Luffy and the others will crash the wedding and save Sanji, sort of like the Strong World scenario with Nami.

That’s all I have to say. What do you guys think? Any feedback is welcome

THE 3 CALAMITIES OF KAIDOU: KIN’EMON’S GRUDGE

Hello everyone and welcome back to yet another theory for your entertainment yet again. This time I shall be discussing the three calamities of Kaidou and Kin’emon’s grudge.

      Kaidou’s Three Calamities

I’m sure alot of are tired of me saying this as I the one who started this thing back in March 2015, but Kaidou and his crew represents the Mongol Empire dun dun dun.

      Kaidou The Beast

      The Mongol Emperors Kaidou Represents:

Genghis Khan. The founder of the empire and known as one of the most evil men in world history for his slaughter of millions. This Khan was successful in controlling most of China and a little of Russia and utilizing the Silk Road trade(reference to SMILE trade).

Ogedai Khan. This Khan is known for his attempting invasions on Europe and the Middle East(most notably India) but most ended in failure.

Kublai Khan. This Khan is known for his two attempted invasions on Japan that ended in failure.

The motives behind the Mongol Empire’s constant invasions were believed to due to droughts and severe winters as those weather conditions were destroying their crops and resources. However, it was later revealed that the Mongols used drought and severe winters as an excuse to invade, massacre and pillage. In fact, it was because of RAIN that the Mongols had the resources to continually invade other countries.

History is recorded that the Mongols destroyed not because they had to but because they wanted to.

The Mongols used weather and climate change to invade and 3 distinct mother natures they took advantage of was droughts, severe winters and rain. The 3 Calamities of Kaidou represents drought, severe winters and rain; fire, earth and water.

JACK THE DROUGHT- FIRE-THE MIDDLE EAST

The Calamity of Drought(fire) is obviously Jack and before some say that Jack is more so tied to water, but remeber that droughts is the ABSENCE of water and the DRYNESS of land. What can lead to both? Fire. Now then, Jack references the Mongol invasion of the Middle East. The buildings of Zou is a reflection of the buildings of Yemen in the Middle East.

Did you know elephant warfare was a primary war strategy in the Middle East? However, the Mongols defeated the elephants and took their weapons which including shotels, which is the name of the weapon Jack uses.

      QUEEN OF WINTER-EARTH-EUROPE

Next is the Calamity of Severe Winters(Earth). The climate of Mongolia is almost always cold and suffers from long, severe winters mainly consists of mountain ranges. One of the reasons Mongolia is so cold is because of its high altitude, being on mountains n’ all. This leads me to believe that this calamity has an ability that deals with Earth. Another thing, Kaidou resides on a snow island that is always winter.

Oh hey, Drake is in that panel and is a member of Kaidou’s crew. Due to a supply of gunpowder, the Mongols raged war upon Europe gaining a seious advantage during the winter, but due to the death of the chieftain Ogedai Khan also during the winter, the Mongols were forced to withdraw to elect a new Khan. The death of Ogedai lead to the empire being controlled by Khatuns(queens) who lead later sieges in Europe. The queens and daughters of the Khan were symbolized by a tiger, leading me to think that the ‘Queen’ under Kaidou has a White Tiger DF.

      KNIGHT OF RAIN-WATER-JAPAN

Next is the Calamity of Rain(Water) and this one is special. Earlier I said the Mongol Empire used drought and winters as an excuse to invade but it was RAIN that gave them the ability to invade. Remember when I said that Jack and his DF mirrors the Mongol Invasion of the Middle East? Well the Calamity of Rain and his DF mirrors the Mongol Invasion of Japan.

It was the Calamity of Rain that allowed Kaidou to make Wano his territory and the Calamity of Rain is a traitor of Wano. Know where I’m going at? The Rain Calamity is a rogue samurai.

This man is a dragon zoan. I originally believed Kaidou was the dragon but because of Kin’emon, I no longer believe(still consider it though).

Kin’emon and Dragons. Normally anyone who attacks your homeland are viewed equally detestable right? But Kin’emon specifically has it out for dragons.

      Kin’emon and Kaidou

Kin’emon showed anger and bravery when he heard of a dragon but fear when he heard of Kaidou. If Kaido was a dragon, shouldn’t Kin’emon have shown fear against the dragon in Punk Hazard? Kin’emon ain’t messing with Kaidou but he has no reason to fear a fellow samurai. The betrayal of the Rain Calamity allowed Kaidou’s forces to invade Wano leading a ongoing battle that become the source of Kin’emon’s seething hatred for dragons and pirates.

Lastly, are you curious about what dragons and rain has to do with each other? Everything.
Japanese dragons don’t have wings and they are primarily water deities with control over the rain. In many Japanese folktales, the dragon is depicted as the villain for they are nothing but snake-like water serpents and snakes are typically villains and backstabbers no?

      FINAL THOUGHTS

I personally do not believe that we’ll have a calamity of wind since that element is pretty much a Mongol’s worst nightmare. The Mongol’s tried invaded Japan twice but failed because of a powerful typhoon that Japan called the kamikaze(divine wind). Two invasion stopped because of a storm and Japan believed that it was the god Raijin watching over them(Dragon & Enel incoming). D always brings forth a storm…

THE FLEET IN USE FOR THE FIRST TIME

The Straw Hat Grand Fleet Finally To Use!!!

So people,I’m finally back at theorizing, and I have a hyped one this time, about the Straw Hat Grand Fleet.

Maybe it’s too early for the Fleet to be used, but after the marriage of Sanji being thrown at us,and the fact that it will be with a member of the Big Mom pirates and family,to save Sanji the 8 members of the Straw Hat pirates won’t be enough. And for such a important thing as rescueing a nakama, Luffy won’t hesitate on using every and each help possible.
Big Mom herself is a monster and she probably has a good amount of commanders who are very powerfull too, besides other strong members and all her fleet that will most likely be present for such an important occasion as a marriege,so the SH will need allies,if not the whole fleet,”just” the minks, cause like Capone said, the minks are right now allies.
The minks like we saw,are strong enough to fight Jack and his underlings plus his help,so I think that if not the whole fleet, they might be enough.

And to close this theory down,it’s quite possible that the Minks join the Grand Fleet and here are some reasons:

        1. They may be a country instead of a pirate crew, but they have zero ties to the World Govermnent
        2. The Minks have a huge debt to the Straw Hats,so no better way to pay then help rescue Sanji and the SH in future occasion by joining their Fleet
        3. Nekomamushi and Inuarashi were once pirates.
        4. Those two are powerfull enough to fight Jack head on and have real chances of winning.

          CP0’S POWERS

If CP0’s main trio that we saw in Dressrosa has Devil Fruit abilities, there is no doubt these will be incredibly powerful powers. Afterall, given their role and likely amount of power as the ultimate shield for the Tenryuubito and Gorosei against external threats, it would be ludicrous to think they would have less powerful Devil Fruits. Of course there is the possibility that they do not possess Devil Fruits, but I find this unlikely.

One important thing to note is that AEGIS is a defensive ability that the Ancient Greek Gods possessed. This and other factors considered, I will rule out Logia Devil Fruit powers for the following reasons:

          • Rokushiki is most effectively used when a users body is enhanced, Logias do not do this, however, Paramecia can and Zoans always do
          • There is a limited number of Logia fruits Oda can use at this point

Now, as I said, as Rokushiki is a heavily body-dependent fighting style, the members of CP0 all likely have very powerful Kenbunshoku and Busoshoku Haki.

According to One Piece trivia, Oda has namedropped another Rokushiki technique called ‘Chokkai’, it’s name means ‘to bother’, although nothing more is known, whether Oda is joking or not is also questionable. If Oda is being truthful about this, having not seen this technique before, we will likely see CP0 using this. If Chokkai is real I suspect the technique will involve after images and immense speed the same way Rokuogan involved immense strength.

From what we know so far, this is a list of abilities they likely have:

          • Busoshoku Haki
          • Kenbunshoku Haki
          • Chokkai
          • Rokuogan
          • Kami-e
          • Geppo
          • Soru
          • Tekkai
          • Rankyaku
          • Shigan
          • Combination of Haki and Rokushiki

          As for Devil Fruits:
Aegis to our best knowledge has three different possible source materials in Greek Mythology. There are three of these CP0 agents and therefore I believe that they each have a direct link to every singular part of Aegis.

The first instance will relate to this man:

Basilisk Mythical Zoan – Hebi Hebi no Mi Model: Basilisk
This is because, in myth, the shield first contained the skin and hair of a Gorgon, granting it incredible invulnerability as it could use Stone for protection and manipulate stone as well as turn enemies into stone. Although the ability to turn people into stone is taken by the Mero Mero no Mi and the Gorgon-based character is embodied in Hancock, a Basilisk Zoan is still very likely and powerful

          Powers:

          • Flight
          • Turn opponent to stone upon contact (not automatic)
          • Extra speed and agility
          • Size advantages
          • Greater muscular power
          • Regenerative ability to external wounds

Secondly, the right hand man from the long arm tribe:

Chimera Mythical Zoan – Neko Neko no Mi Model: Chimera
Legend also states that a Chimera-esque creature of unspecified appearance had formed a part of the Shields construction. The creature is likely strongly related to Chimera. Therefore it’s highly probable that Oda would use the actual Chimera for this guys powers

          Powers:

          • Flame breath
          • Poisonous bite from tail
          • Claws of incalculable strength (swords slashing?)
          • Horns of incalculable density
          • Enhanced speed
          • Enhanced strength and power

Lastly, the tallest of the three characters:

Iron Paramecia – Tetsu Tetsu no Mi
There was a giant killed by Athena called Pallas, and another called Asterus, both of whom had incredibly strong hyde/skin that was resistant to any mortal damage. At the time of the Greeks, Iron was the strongest metal discovered, hence this is a good choice. This guy is huge anyway and can be considered a symbolism the giants in question, his ability will greatly enhance his ability to defend himself

          Powers:

          • Enhanced defence (absolute defence? +Tekkai + Busoshoku Haki)
          • Greater muscular strength
          • Power and density increased greatly
          • Ability to create and manipulate pre-existing Iron
          • Slight magnetic properties

Well, whether I’m right or wrong, these guys are totally monstrous, but this is a little bit of fun, hope you enjoyed! Do you like these choices of Devil Fruit?

            Shanks and Blackbeard

Here is a guess about these two characters.

I find it suspicious how Shanks was implicated into the whole Ace and Teach fight. We know that Rayleigh knows about the void century, the will of D, he knows everything. It is the same for Shanks, problably, since he was in Roger’s crew as well.
Going with this, I believe that Shanks try to find “that man” that Crocus, and Whitebeard were talking about. Of course we know it’s Luffy, but Shanks as a character, I think his duty is to find that man, and he kinda did it with Luffy and the whole bet about the new generation.

Here is another example of Shanks ‘duty’ when he says to Cody that these few seconds of courage “have just made a huge difference in the fate of the world”, and these seconds of courage have indeed, distracted Kizaru’s shot that was going to finish Luffy. Shanks definitely sees luffy as the man that will change the world, the man awaited by Roger and co.

Now about the Ace vs Teach confrontation. Why did Shanks want to prevent this? “It’s not yet time for them to face each other!!” What is the meaning of that line? Is it the idea of two “D” confronting each other? It make me think about Luffy vs Teach. Two “D” confronting each other might inevitably lead to big changes in the world? That’s the case for Ace vs Teach, and it will probably be the case when Luffy will face Teach.

Now about the relationship between Shanks and Teach:

Why is he so concerned about Teach? Yes, there is the scar, but that’s it? I think it goes way beyond that. Now, theory time. I think that Shanks was friend with Teach.

I don’t think that Shanks could have deduces all of this, simply by having a fight against Teach. Shanks knows him pretty well, his ambition, his dream, his real power and so on. Why didn’t he say all of this to WB? First, because WB would not care and Shanks knows it, secondly, Oda might keep all of this for a flasback involving Shanks and Teach.

Now about the scar, the most important element:

“What ashes me now, is this one”. Really? Shanks lost his arm, suffered various wounds, he is an emperor, yet this simple scar would hurt him? I think the meaning behind this line, is that Shanks suffers from this scar because of the meaning behind it, not physically. If they were friends, I can totally imagine Teach betraying Shanks for some reasons.

But when would they meet? Why would they talk each other? Why would they become friends?

“This wound isn’t from my adventures”. I think it’s safe to say that by “adventures” Shanks means his journey with Roger, and his journey with his own crew.
            Here is a timeline:

I think that longtime ago, after Roger’s death, Shanks met Teach and have seen in him the man that was awaited by Roger and co. Teach is a D, and Shanks could have been interested by him just like he was with Luffy. Shanks made a mistake and picked the wrong guy, that’s my guess. Why is Teach so confident about his fate? What does he know about the D? I think he knows almost everthing, thanx to Shanks. And that’s why Shanks might be so concerned by Teach. He was still young, and he made a mistake. He told him everything. Learning from his mistakes, he then did the opposite with Luffy, telling him nothing but just giving him hope and motives.

Why did they fight? Being a nobody (Teach’s childhood picture), I guess that knowing all of this story and his incredible fate, it changed him. He might have become greedy and power hungry from this moment.

            And now:

They will probably end all of this with a fight.
So yea, that’s my 2cents about this.

              VINSMOCK FAMILY

After Oda dropped that incredible bombshell upon us, I’m going to add to the substantial arguments in favour of Sanji being a Tenryuubito, this one will be short but sweet.

              Sanji’s name has two meanings:
San means Three, Ji can either mean O’clock or Temple. Oda has confirmed that Sanji’s name is 3 O’clock or rather, snack time! Hence he is named as such for being a chef. However, we also know he is the third son of the Vinsmock family.

Clearly, as the third son, his name strongly relates in his order of birth and therefore I believe his other brothers will be named after their order of birth too. We have Ichiji and Niji, Sanji’s older brothers. If their father follows the same naming pattern he will be called Reiji, however I doubt this.

Ichiji is the first born. Niji is the second born.

Now that we’ve delved into the brothers and their names, there are some other underlying and ‘hidden’ clues.

The ‘Temple’ part of their names can be a direct reference to being praised as some sort of religious or political figures, the same way the Tenryuubito view themselves as Gods. They refer to eachother as ‘your holyness’ and separate themselves from normal humans

The religion of Christianity, the most followed faith on the planet, originates from Israel. The Bible speaks of ‘three temples’, like Sanji’s family.

              • First is Solomon’s Temple, which was built on Mt Moriah in seven and a half years. (could Moriah be involved in Sanji’s past? Did he encounter Ichiji?) This temple housed the Ark of the Covenant.
This temple supposedly had the Brazen Alter of sacrifice, the Brazen Sea for Priests to wash themselves and the Brazen Layers of washing utensils. This temple was razed and burnt down by Nebuchadnezzar
              • The temple of Zerubbabel, this was built in two years. The temple followed a similar plan to that of Solomon’s Temple on a much lesser scale. The temple was sacked and most items stolen and the temple was later used for Idolatrous purpose
              • Thirdly is Herod’s temple. Unlike the other temples, this one had a court specifically for female use. This temple existed at the time of Jesus Christ. Both Jesus and Herod have been called the King of Kings on several occasions in the Bible.

              So what?

Well, IF the Temples have some relation to the brothers:

              • Ichiji has some history with Moriah and is seven and a half years older than Sanji. He too has a background of being a Chef. It’s possible he gave his life to save Sanji and Niji from attackers of unknown faction, he may be dead. His death was caused by fire.
              • Niji is two years older than Sanji and shares many similarities with Ichiji. Ichiji was likely imprisoned or kidnapped by the same attackers of unknown persuasion. Niji may have been a massive pervert and had a strong attachment to aesthetic values. However, it’s possible Niji may still be alive.
              • Sanji ran away and escaped the threat that took his two brothers away from him. He inherited the wills of both brothers as a Chef and the usage of Fire as well as being extremely perverted like his second brother. The notion King of Kings simply ties the third Temple into Sanji and Luffy, the Pirate King to be.

This is wild speculation of mine, but I think it would make a lot of sense.

What’s more, Sanji’s well known and obvious French theme strongly relates to ‘Vinsmock’.

Vin is French for Wine, seen as ‘the drink of the Gods’ in many cultures including: Greek, Roman, Carthaginian and Persian culture. Stronger relating to the connotations of being Tenryuubito, other Tenryuubito family names also have Godly meanings. The first part of Donquixote is Spanish for ‘Gift’ or sacrifice, common practice in these same cultures.

Extra: A Smock is a type of dress – this may relate to Sanji’s love of women? It’s also a play on the word ‘Smoke’, a reference to cigarettes and cooking.

There are lots of Godly inferences in the new reveal, and also a lot of references to food. So who were Ichiji, Niji and Sanji? Were they trainee cooks for the Tenryuubito? Were they simply regular Tenryuubitos?

              Conclusion:

              • Sanji’s brothers are Ichiji (7.5 years older) and Niji (2 years older), his dad might be called Reiji
              • Ichiji is dead
              • Niji is in captivity somewhere, although this is currently an unknown arbiter
              • Sanji escaped the threat that took Ichi’s life and captured Niji, he has since inherited their wills
              • The Vinsmock family is either a Cook family, subservient to the Tenryuubito or a Tenryuubito family themselves

LUFFY’S MOTHER WAS D, AND PERHAPS RELATED TO ROGER Theory

So I was doing a little thinking about all the “D’s” we have seen introduced so far in the series, and I realized something. Jaguar D. Saul stated that even though he didn’t know what the meaning behind the D, he said that EVERYONE in his family carried the initial in their name. This means that both Saul’s mother and father were both D’s. Now when we look at Portgas D. Ace, we know that his mother and father are also both D’s. With this information, it leads me to conclude, that in order for someone to be a “D” that both of their parents has to be D’s. Now obviously his mother couldn’t be a Jaguar D, unless Dragon is walking around with some seriously heavy duty machinery (if you know what I mean >:) ), nor could she be a Monkey (Because that would just be ewww) So that means there could only be two possible options, either his mother is one of the known D’s we’ve seen so far in the series (Gol, Portgas, or Marshall) OR she is knew carrier of D, yet to be introduced. I’ve opted to believe that she is a carrier that has already been introduced, because I don’t think Oda is going to go overboard with the D bloodline.

So why a Gol? The answer is actually really simple, and it’s because Luffy looks almost identical to a young Roger.

                gol_d_roger_versus_money_d_luffy_by_naruke24-d782nfg

Although we are never shown Rogers eyes in his younger age, what we did see of him, the similarities are uncanny. I always thought it was a little strange that Luffy looks nothing like Garp or Dragon, but bares such a strong resemblance to Roger. It would make perfect sense for him to look so similar to Roger, if his mother is in fact a Gol, and he gets his appearance from her.

The other possibilities is her being either a Portgas D. a Marshal D. or an unknown D. I’ve ruled out Portgas for obvious reasons, and I’m not to opposed to her being a Marshal D, because that would add a huge twist in the sense that Luffy is in some way related to Blackbeard, but even so, I think that would be a bit of a stretch. As far as her being an unknown D, like I stated before, I don’t think Oda is going to be going to overboard with the D. bloodline because it’s fairly obvious that the Will of D plays a huge roll in the over all storyline, and Oda isn’t going to over complicate it by adding more and more D’s to the mix.

Anyways I know probability of her being related to Roger is very very small, but I’m willing to bet Shanks right arm, that she is definitely a D. So if you guys don’t think she is a Gol, what would be your pick?

LUFFY’S GEAR 5TH THEORY: FATMAN AND BURNMAN

Doflamingo said that Luffy is bad at using his DF, so how would Luffy get better? Now before i go on, i am not going to say words like “awakening” however i can say that without a doubt, the what i am about to say next will probably be one of Luffy’s power ups.

Now what i believe Luffy needs is: 100% control of elasticity without with his DF alone(no haki should be needed).
Now there are a few things i want to say when talking about elasticity; first, what is elasticity? Well elasticity is the tendency of an object to return to it’s original state after deformation; so let me paint a picture for you

                  • high elasticity- this is basically vulcanized rubber [IMG] now, i’m not saying that Luffy will ever vulcanize his body(imo it’s unlikely); but i do believe he will be able to make is body as elastic as vulcanized rubber with his DF, and make his body as hard as vulcanized rubber with haki
                  • low elasticity- when he stretches his body, instead of his body reshaping it just remains stretched at max potential, Luffy could become like slime. HOWEVER i highly highly highly highly highly highly(okay i think you get the point know) doubt that he will ever become a logia. I don’t believe he will become a liquid, but rather a a semi solid. He will not be able to detach parts of his body, however his body would be so stretched out that he would act like a liquid in almost every way apart from being able to separate his body(he cannot separate ). I believe Luffy needs to work more on being less elastic as it is a skill he seems to lack

But can’t Luffy already do this? Well he can control elasticity like this to a degree, however it is evident that he has not mastered this ability, he cannot use bounceman without haki.

What can Luffy do with this? Welll here’s just one technique i came up with that would really help Luffy out(forgive the bad art, i’m not good at drawing on my computer)
Gomu Gomu no Sword; with this technique, Luffy reduces the elasticity in his bones, he then reshapes his hand into a sword. Once the hand is reshaped, Luffy then uses haki on the hand to make it hard, he also increases elasticity so that his sword doesn’t change shape. This would be a very good technique as it would give him more options in battle, which is very good as it gives him ways to counter certain fighting styles and moves.

But what about the gear? Yes i’ll get to that next

                  GEAR 5
                  [IMG]

Now i believe this gear will focus completely on manipulating elasticity. But first what will it be? Well i believe it will be skin balloon, now their is enough evidence to back this up so i won’t discuss it any further.
                  ******************************

                  GEAR FIFTH TECHNIQUES/FORMS

Well as i said; G5 will be haki, DF awakening, and skin balloon. But what techniques will luffy use with this? Well I believe their will be 2 forms to G5. Those being:

                  • fatman
                  • burnman

                  Allow me to explain
                  *************************************

                  FATMAN

As we know, all of Luffy’s gears are based on things Luffy has encountered in his life. So what will G5 be based off of? I believe it will be based on the techniques of these 2 men
                  [IMG]
So here’s what I am thinking:

                  • Luffy inflates his skin; and becomes as big as Sengoku
                  • now he will control elasticity to control his shape
                  • this form will give him insane defense as Luffy could control the elasticity in his skin to make him almost invulnerable to most(if not all) non DF/non sea stone attacks

Why use skin balloon when you can use bone and muscle? What’s the point of skin balloon? Well i think many of you believe that skin balloon is just Luffy enlarging his whole body, but i have a different idea. I believe fatman will be a lot like titan transformations in Attack on Titan

I believe fatman will look something like this

Luffy’s skin will be as big as Sengoku’s body; however Luffy’s organs, muscles, and bones will stay their regular size. Because of this, Luffy will be able to act a lot like Pica; if someone hit’s his skin balloon, he takes very little damage since he can freely move his real body around in the skin balloon. However he will take damage if his muscles, bones, and organs are damaged

I believe this form will be based on low elasticity. So how will this help him? Well here is just a thought on what i think controlling elasticity could do

So say this picture represents Luffy’s arm after he uses skin balloon, now by controlling elasticity i believe he will do something like this

Now if you are confused by my shitty drawing skills, this is basically what i am talking about

                  • Luffy will decrease the elasticity in certain parts of his skin to reshape parts of his skin into new limbs

Now if Luffy uses this power at full potential, he would probably look a lot like this
                  [IMG]
Luffy would reshape the skin in his body into thousands of new arms. this could be used to defend against enemies that would use luffy’s huge size in fatman to outmaneuver him. Furthermore this could also be used to create the ultimate gatling; we all know that Luffy probably has a move called “kong gatling” which is a gatling version of kong gun that would deal massive damage to opponents. Now with fatman, Luffy could do a “thousand arm gatling” that would be him using kong gatling in each of his arms

This is a pic of how Luffy in fatman mode would use gatling

First he focuses all the air and into the skin near his fists; this means that he is no longer protected by his skin balloon, but rather he 2 huge skin balloons near his fists. He then reshapes all the skin near his fists into their own fists; this means that Luffy will have thousands of fists made of skin growing off his hands; when using gatling, he will make each and every one of these fists use kong gatling
                  ****************************************

                  BURNMAN

As i said before; Luffy will have a problem with speed when he is using fatman. So how will he fix this? Well i believe he will take his body to the absolute limit. He will do this by using all of his haki, combined with his physical strength to compress the all the air inside of fatman into a body the size of Luffy. By doing this Luffy will have to go full body CoA; however his skin will actually begin tearing from the pressure, his skin would also be heated up to insanely high temperatures do to the cells in his skin overworking. This would cause parts of his skin to begin to burn up, making Luffy’s skin look something like this
                  [IMG]
So what will burnman be like:

                  • Luffy will now be as tall as Doflamingo
                  • his skin would be completely covered in armament; but of few of these spots on Luffy’s skin would be burning do to the heat
                  • he would now be extremely heavy, but be small in comparison
                  • Luffy will now be able to go fast, while keeping the same power as fatman
                  • this form will be based on high elasticity; because of the insane elasticity Luffy’s body will be at, Luffy’s body would act almost as if he was vulcanized(he would not be vulcanized, but he would be as elastic as vulcanized rubber)

How would burnman fight? Well here’s what i am thinking:

                  • he would do techniques like kong gun and leo bazooka still; however due to the insane amount of pressure Luffy would be containing, when he contracts his fist, the air would burn up almost instantly. When Luffy releases the punch, his attack would look almost like a hiken(but it would be stronger). Just one kong gun in burman-mode could potentially take out an island
                  • Luffy would be fast and heavy at the same time; meaning he would have insane momentum with his punches
                  • due to Luffy’s skin being full of highly compressed gasses, even someone like Zoro would have a hard time trying to cut Luffy

                    BUGGY THEORY

Buggy The Clown, a man obsessed with gold, money ect.. He used to be in Gol D. Roger’s crew, and Shanks considered him as a friend. Though could there be something more to Buggy than we thought there would? Why was he on Gol D Roger’s ship? Why is he one of the only pirates we see who is obsessed with money?

You see, in my opinion I think Buggy is based off The Joker from Batman. I think that he must’ve had someone, a family, a friend, or something worth protecting to him, that he wanted to provide money for. Whomever the important thing was, them/he/she must’ve passed away due to Buggy being poor.

                    Joker’s Back Story(http://batman.wikia.com/wiki/The_Joker)

Though many have been related, a definitive history of the Joker has never been established in the comics, and his true name has never been confirmed. The most widely cited back-story can be seen in Alan Moore‘s The Killing Joke. It depicts him as originally being an engineer at a chemical plant who quit his job to pursue his dream of being a stand-up comedian, only to fail miserably. Desperate to support his pregnant wife,Jeannie, the man agrees to help two criminals break into the plant where he was formerly employed. In this version of the story, the Red Hood persona is given to the inside man of every job (thus it is never the same man twice); this makes the inside man appear to be the leader, allowing the two ring-leaders to escape. During the planning, police contact him and inform him that his wife and unborn child have died in a household accident.

Stricken with grief, he attempts to back out of the plan, but the criminals strong-arm him into keeping his promise. As soon as they enter the plant, however, they are immediately caught by security and a fatal shoot-out ensues, in which the two criminals are killed. As he tries to escape, he is confronted by Batman, who is investigating the disturbance. Terrified, the engineer leaps over a rail and plummets into a vat of chemicals. When he surfaces in the nearby reservoir, he removes the hood and sees his reflection: bleached chalk-white skin, ruby-red lips, and emerald green hair. These events, coupled with his other misfortunes that day, drive the engineer through the massive personality shift that results in the birth of the Joker.

                    Buggy’s Name
What kind of name is Buggy? And where is his last name? His real name is probably means something, Gol D. Roger probably took him in the crew and changed his name for the Buggy’s sake. Or Buggy changed it. Buggy could’ve had amnesia and forgotten who he was… there are many possible explanations for this. He could be related to Joy Boy, or at least someone important. Joker’s alias was Jack. John is another name for Jack. So, Captain John could indeed be Buggy/related to Buggy.

I barely have evidence as of yet to prove Buggy is more important than he looks, but I want to hear your opinions on this question.

“If Buggy IS/WAS important to the One Piece Series, what do you think would make him important? And what role would he play?”
