ONE PIECE GOLDOk , so we all know that Wano Kuni Arc is coming sooner or later and the Samurai will be the main focus. A lot of people are uber excited for this arc because this will be “Zoro’s arc”. I believe Sanji will get his fair share of development this arc too.
In Punk Hazard when Nami used her Thunder Trap he was using hand signs to do a “Samurai impression” , which Usopp clearly stated was a “Ninja Impression”. After seeing her technique Kin’emon was surprised believing that she just used Ninjutsu.
We all know people from Wano Kuni have closed door politics and they do not know a lot about the outside world. The fact that Kin’emon knew about Ninja and Ninjutsu and the fact that Ninja are part of Japan(The place we all know Wano Kuni is based of) history and in a way Samurai’s opponents makes me believe that Wano Kuni is in fact inhabited by Ninja as well.
No doubt Zoro will be the main attraction in Wano Kuni. Not only does he posses the sword of the legendary samurai Ryuma ( We all know how Kin’emon reacted when he first saw it) , but he is also interested in Samurai’s way of the sword and Kin’emon’s technique. Probably he will also get to face his strongest opponent so far (Except Mihawk, he doesn’t count 
) . Here are some scans that made me believe Zoro will learn a new technique during Wano Kuni. That technique will probably have something to do with fire.
Why the fu*k am I even talking about all of this? Well, as I said I believe we will see Ninja in the upcoming Wano Kuni Arc and I happen to believe Sanji will also achieve a new technique! Why? Because Ninja are cunning, tacticians,they are spies and specialise in intel gathering. Who else is like that? This guy :
Now, a lot of people believe Momonosuke is related to the Shogun and this gave me two ideas of how the Ninja can be included in the Wano Kuni Arc.
1.The Ninja are trying to kidnap or attack Momonosuke or plan to attack the Shogun ( as a subplot, the main plot being the whole Kaido situation) and Sanji will get a Ninja opponent and maybe he will observe and learn a technique related to the art of deceiving (speed related maybe , afterimages, speed clones?!)
2. Because Wano Kuni is fighting Kaido and leaving under his strong hand both the Ninja and Samurai are working and plotting together , because Kaido is to much of a thread and there is no time for rivalries. While Zoro is busy with the main plot, Sanji will disappear again ( he does it all the time) and maybe (just in case Zoro recieve some training himself) get trained by a Ninja ( not a huge training , maybe just some advice so that Sanji can create a new technique).
Luffy has Gear 4th , Zoro will probably learn something new during this arc , and after this arc we will probably fight a Yonko ( or maybe they will fight their first Yonko in this arc)… There is not much time left for Sanji to get a power up, so this is the best chance for him to get his deserved “power up”.
Other points that ( for me , of course) support this “theory/idea” is the fact that Zoro and Sanji are portrayed as rivals,equals and also I believe there’s a theme of Samurai-Ninja going on with Zoro and Sanji .( again this is just me… )
I would like to know what you guys believe. Will we ever see Ninja in One Piece ? Will Sanji get his fair share of develeopment durin Wano Kuni Arc ?

I like this theory, also Zoro’s outfit after the timeskip is very Samurai-esque
As for the power ups of sanji and zoro, (especially zoro because of this ark) i believe the odds of that happening are really low because we haven’t seen their full potencial after the 2 year gap ( even with Pica zoro was just to powrfull to “unleash the beast”). So we don’t really know if they didn’t get a technic already so it is possible they have new ones like luffy.
But even if i say that, i do believe that zoro will learn how to cut fire, but I think its going to be something like when he fought mr 2, and was able to cut steal for the first time. Like , someone is going to tip him on how to do it and during a fight that he will need it , he will really concentrate himself and push the limits of his own abilities because as you said its propably the zoro arc.
Then again who knows what really is going to happen, it is a good theory.

I like this theory alot but this wano kuni arc could just as easily be a stage for zoro and sanji to show off their new techniques (learned during the timeskip)
Also sanji knew about wano kuni when he first met kine’mon so maybe sanji might learn something from a samurai (or he already knows some samurai based techniques , again learned during timeskip )
I agree with you….. Come to think of it zoro does posses Conqueror’s haki…
As for Sanji, i think he would learn ninja techniques (especially the stealth techniques which would benefit Sanji for peeking in women’s bath) from Raizo, in exchanged for his capability of “plastic surgery kicks” to Raizo since he has been concerned of not being attractive to girls. Haha
